We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

LatviaSki equipment locker was to small for 6 people, needed to find alternative lockers, wasn't easy. One recommendation from my side. If Spa area start work from 16:00, it would be nice to have also sauna warm at that time. We came at 16:00 sauna wasn't ready.
Great and helpful staff. Really appreciate it. Room was clean and comfy with a great view. We stay 6 people in one apartment, everything was great and comfortable. Spa area was perfect, many options how to relax.

NetherlandsI found the breakfast quite poor. And there are no other restaurants in real walking distance then there own pizzeria. It’s a high priced 3 star hotel. But you are paying for location as they are across the street from the lift.
Nice and close to the piste. Clean, nice sauna. Great that they have their own ski locker. Really kind that we could use the showers after checking out.

FinlandNo room cleaning at all, although the booking.com site said it has daily cleaning? At almost 3k€/week?? One towel change with TP refill, that was it. We were also told by the reception to go to the hotel restaurant on late checkin, only to get sent back out without food (needed a reservation, although we were already seated).
Tidy, spacious rooms, next to the lifts. Easy to get to and lots of parking space.
