There is no hot water, direct from the tap. In the late night, in the sink the water was cold, in the morning, while showering is taking so much time to get a warm water, not talking about hot. I really don’t like the area, I don’t feel save there at all, already afternoon but winter time - when it’s dark. Nothing around, absolutely not possible to grab some food in the late evening. Kind of ghost area but scary-I mean for a woman. Only elevator available to get in, I’m not sure about it. I’m lucky I got a discount although in my opinion the prices are way too high for this hotel and area.

I like there is a kettle and tea-coffee provided. Free bottle of water.

Was able to change the booked date at short notice i.e on the Sunday afternoon was able to change date to that evening from the original booked arrival on the following Wednesday.

Perfect to stay with a child and a dog - big room, you can have your breakfast on a balcony with the dog, also big comfortable bathroom and good underground parking. Good breakfast.

The room it stinks so badly with cigarrete we had to asked the housekeeper for a room spray to get rid of the smell and she was very kind enough to let us have the whole bottle. Also the air conditioner is very weak so we couldn't sleep very well as it's hot in the room.

The room was really spacious and bed was comfy enough. The receptionist is so kind for us to check in earlier.

Absolutely disgusting experience with the breakfast: dirty plates and glasses. Actually, there were old food pieces on the plates and washing detergent on all glasses and mugs.

The two things I didn’t like was: 1) the mattress, as it’s had better days and wasn’t the best quality. 2) the aircon which is a bit noisy

It is great value for money. It might not look great from the outside, but the room is a different story as it’s a decent size, clean and comfortable. There was no noise from the other rooms or from outside which helped for me to get a good night sleep. I would definitely use Hotel Atrigon on my next visit to Klagenfurt.

The only problem with this hotel is that whilst it is extremely convenient for the railway station, it is quite a walk to the main centre. I knew this as I had stayed before. All the pluses easily offset this so highly recommended.

Very close to noisy train track, trains running every 10 minutes or so, all day and evening into the early hours of the morning. Facilities closed at 20.00pm including the bar.

The gheto part of the city, looks scary to be alone in the street. Too many Muslims and drunk people, but this is not a problem of the hotel.

Great food and coffee. The sunny terrace exit is super for smokers who like to start the morning with coffee and a cigarette. A great Greek restaurant is near the hotel. 10 min walk from the beautiful town center.

It was complicated to find the Hotel by car, I needed 2 attempts to find it. The Sky lobby was not obvious from the entrance. So I overlooked it the first time, but if you know it, it is OK. The situation behind the train station is behind the trains station, so it is not very inviting, but you are in 10-15 minutes walk in the City center. In the whole building there was a cooking smell, you know from hospitals, luckily it was not in the room. Breakfast was a little poor, but you got everything you required. In The Breakfast room the Service Personal is shouting out questioning your room number, maybe this is not that discreetly as possible.

10-15min walk to the Center Room is OK for the Value, it was clean.
