“Cannot recommend this property highly enough. For us as a family of four it was perfect. You can tell this is not just a sparsely furnished Airbnb as it has everything you can imagine in the kitchen-and that makes it amazing in and of itself.
The owner is simply lovely - super helpful, proactive and delightful to work with. You will not regret staying here!
Supermarket is 3 mins by car, the town (also lovely) 8-10 mins walk - the view is gorgeous, the beds and pillows comfortable.

“We were lucky enough to visit Podenhaus for 4 days this September and we can honestly say, it was our best ever visited accomodation. The welcome, the atmosphere, the cleanliness, the view from our room and so on were 10/10. The uniqe vibe of the whole house was a cherry on top, it felt like a time-travel. Highly recommended but please leave free room for us for the next visit! 😉

If you’re travelling by car, the property is close to Hallstatt but the region is not crowded and you don’t struggle where to park. I would recommend to stay here if you want to avoid crowds and noise and enjoy the idyllic atmosphere .”
“The 3-room modern apartment was in a beautiful building, built in 1541. Huge bedrooms,living room and dining room. Kitchen is fully equipped.The building is in the center. Shops, restaurants and cafés short walk away.You can go hiking and cycling in the area.The nearby lakes can be reached by car,bicycle or bus. Wonderful area.I can only recommend it.
