We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

CanadaThe pool was not very clean by the end of the afternoon as it seemed to be taken care of only early in the morning. Also for an eco-friendly hotel, it's a shame they served the cocktails with plastic straws.
A nice hotel with a jungle feel, large comfortable bed, very quiet. Very nice restaurant with a lot of choices, and many gluten free options.

United StatesRooms were a little dated and would benefit from renovations and have few electrical outlets close to the beds than needed for all your phones. Despite that everything work and beds were comfy.
Restaurant was great, the breakfast was good with fruit, cheese and ham, and pastries options, besides coffee, yoghurt, etc. Dinner service was also great - had the best bife de chorizo of the trip, including Buenos Aires. The staff was super attentive and welcoming. Their taxi service was good and cheaper than the ones downtown - ask for Juan! The pool was a nice addition where you could chill at the end of the day with a beautiful sunset view in the middle of the jungle.

RussiaVery strange, but: There is no kettle and tea/coffee in the room. Water is paid. It's strange for this type of hotel. The policy of the restaurant at the hotel is nothing to take away, nothing to be delivered to the room. Although they made an exception for me, because my wife did not feel well. For which many thanks to the staff! The pool is not cleaned well enough, leaves floated in it for the whole day and no one cleaned them. The check-in was not fast, because at first the cards did not work, then it turned out that someone was already living in the room offered to us, while the staff went there despite the "do not disturb" sign. As a result, the settlement process turned out to be somewhat long. Pretty poor choice for breakfast. All these comments are not critical. All this did not affect our father in any way. We are satisfied with our stay at the hotel.
Great location in the woods. Nice atmosphere. Friendly staff. The rooms are integrated into nature, everything around is very beautiful and aesthetically pleasing. Excellent water pressure in the shower. Large room size. Pleasant balcony. The restaurant cooks very tasty, very friendly staff and good prices. I was especially pleased that the menu has dishes of local cuisine. Parking place right next to the room on site. Very safe. We lived with two dogs. Very cool that the hotel is pet friendly. In the morning I saw monkeys in the trees, just super!

LebanonWe had a problem with our flight and we missed 1st night. We explained the situation to the hotel receptionist and manager. They agreed to only pay for 2 nights. When we had to settle the balance before checking out, we were surprised that we had to pay for 3 nights. The receptionist refused to get in contact with his colleague or manager and he only sticked to booking reservation. We came from Lebanon with 17 hour flight. We had a problem with our internal flight, they didn’t allow us to travel on time. The afternoon tickets were sold out and we had to take the morning flight of the next day. The way the hotel dealt with us wasn’t pleasant even though we liked the hotel, its facilities and assistance with activities.

ArmeniaExtremely disappointed. The room was in poor condition, with everything falling apart—broken shower and wardrobe, and the AC wasn't working for a day. We had no water for a whole day and no Wi-Fi at all (day and night), even though we mentioned we needed a room with good Wi-Fi to work. To get anything fixed, we had to inform the staff multiple times. Some staff members were quite unfriendly. The pool was in a terrible state. The breakfast was a frustrating experience—though it was all included, there were very few things to eat, and you had to ask the waiter to put up a plate for you ("please a slice of cheese, a spoon of omelette," and so on). The place is quite remote, so you have to take a taxi anytime you want to eat or use their restaurant. Overall, it was quite a bad experience compared to the price we paid.

ArgentinaIt wasn’t so comfortable. We experienced noises several times. The first day I wanted to take a small nap, but some worker of the hotel was cleaning the pathways with an air blowing machine so sleeping was impossible. The next day, in the middle of the night, we could hear very loud music until 1am and when we complained about it the next day, we felt that the receptionist was mocking us, saying that the music “was coming from Brazil”.
The restaurant was quite good. Nice meals and drinks. The breakfast was very complete (Bread, eggs, juice, cheese, jamon ham, fruit salad, etc.)
