We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesNeeds some renovations. Water damage causing bubbling up drywall and paint damage in the closet with probable mold. Caulk around bathtub has mold and needs to be replaced. Hotel is too hot and no way to control inside your room except leaving windows open. You can hear every movement of other guests above you

United StatesRooms are Dirty and the front desk stay and management just want money before they give a service or product . That way when it's. Bad service and bad quality you already lost your money .
They should not be allowed on Booking.com. They don't allow cancel or refund. But worse is that they don't tell you until after you book that they want you to pay through other means not through Booking.com. So your credit card on booking doesn't pay for the hotel . They will harass you for months to send them the full value through PayPal or pix or western union. Never had this happen with booking.com before . Requested the just process the credit card, they refused . Finally we took the leap of faith and paid for half our week stay by PayPal , just to be harnessed during our midnight check-in for the rest of the week paid now before we could get in the room and sleep or even understand we already paid for 4 days yet they need the money now for the last 3 days . Made no sense and was difficult with children. Then apparently the front desk clerk that made us pay the remaining balance at 1am in the morning instead of sending a PayPal bill for the remaining balance as previously discussed. They forgot to add in tax which is different if you pay peso's or by PayPal. So the difficulty was that we exchanged for pesos and expected to pay by PayPal , instead at 1 am she forces us to use all our pesos to pay for the hotel that we already should have at least 4 nights that are paid no she wants to drain us as soon as we leave the airport and arrive at the hotel. Why couldn't they just charge the credit card the agreement amount on booking ?????????????!!!??!!! The ease of credit card payment on booking is what I expected . But nope they want to dodge their own currency and taxes and so they start sending messages demanding you pay in other channels that Beni fit them and make it hard on the customer . And they will harass you at midnight . Worst staff and booking experience ever . This place should be kicked off booking .

BrazilOther than the one guy who was quite nice, my experience with this hotel’s service was not ideal. A few points: - I had a hard time contacting them before my arrival to get help figuring out transportation. Had to deal with their terrible automatic reply system for a long time until I got a response. - One day we arrived super tired and the receptionist said housekeeping couldn’t be done because we had money on the table. For security reasons or whatever. It wasn’t even that much money and I don’t really understand this excuse. But in any case, the receptionists told me they could still clean after our 30 mins nap. I was super tired but set an alarm to go down after the 30 minutes. They just said the receptionist made a mistake. No apologies or anything. The lady just said “but you’re leaving tomorrow, anyways”
The location is amazing for skiing. Just a short walk from all the lifts. The room is spacious and comfortable. The only guy at the reception was very helpful and try to make us have a nice stay.
