My room was good, but in the bathroom the flush box had to be removed every time I used it to pull a cord that was damaged, all the bathroom equipment was leaking water, we had to close the main valve so it wouldn't leak directly. Very dirty elevator floors. Breakfast was tasty and pleasant, but nothing special. Of the 3 reception staff, only one was very friendly, the others were very serious and did not give good attention. Great location. Note: I believe they give the worst rooms to those who book through the website and not directly through the hotel.

The rooms ( we left to travel elsewhere and returned a full three times during our holiday) are functional.and very clean but a little basic and tired. We didn't want to spend a lot as were out most of the time so they served the purpose but we had to ask for extra blankets and pillows. Breakfast was fine for the price but a little basic. I had a mattress with a significant slope, in one of the rooms.

The location just could not be better, particularly since it's located in a pedestrianised street with a coffee shop/eaterie and other small shops directly opposite. There is a live Tango performance outside a small restaurant a couple of evenings per week. One end of the street has a police viewing point so it's very safe. Great for walking everywhere, major sites and the metro. The staff are charming: very helpful, friendly and gladly organised taxis for us.

Old building in need of a lot of repairs. bathroom toilet leaking, air conditioning unit leaking ice in the room.

Breakfast, location were excellent. walkable to many places to eat although not safe.

The rooms were small and needed some upkeep. We were right on Diagonal and it was noisy at times

They didn't help us to get a taxi in front of the hotel, It is located on a pedestrian street and I had to go with all my luggage to the street to find one. Breakfast was not so good. No bellboy was available. The shower in the bathroom was not adequately isolated and the water drop out from the shower to the rest of the bath

The size of the room and the beds were perfect. The climatization was good also.

The provision of food even to Continental breakfast standards is totally basic and a complete waste of money. For me, I would suggest guests eat elsewhere. The hotel needs to overhaul this sector badly.

Stay away from it! The price they give up on booking.com is a freud and based on blue rate ARS. At check in they convert this price back to USD, and you have to pay twice the amount.

Long check-in time (15 minutes pr room! I arrived as number 4 in the que and waited for 40 minutes. Price offered on booking.com was doubled at arrival. Not possible to pay with cash.

The floors to stay on are pretty rundown, the bathroom had a few bodged fixes, very basic

The room was very small. the bathroom was also too small and not nice at all. We were on the 11th floor but the creepy elevator reaches the 10th floor only, so then you have to walk 1 floor up/down stairs with your luggage, In a few words, I won't come back again.

I like the location of the hotel, it was near everything. For the room's price, I was in better hotels than this one. The hotel is old, the elevator was a little scary since it's old too, we were situated on the 11th floor, so to go up & down was not funny. Fortunately, it was only one night. The Breakfast was ok but not wow.
