We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomThe bed was very solid It is located up hill of the main town. It’s a very easy but strep walk down into town. We chose to get taxis back up the hill rather than slog it up. The taxis were very cheap so not a problem. Don’t let this put you off- it’s a great apartment.
Very clean, modern and warm. Felt a very secure and pleasant building. The communications before arriving were excellent and very friendly. Incredible value for money.

ArgentinaThe location is not that close to the city center by foot, but if you have a car can reach it out quickly. It’s on a slope, so to go down to downtown is great, but to come back could be hard, especially if you’re not fit or have some mobility problems.
The building was super clean, the apartment had great style and the mattresses seemed new (super comfortable).

On arrival, room not available, concierge not aware. Tried to secure late departure too but office still denying this is possible. Concierge helped us….decent guy. United StatesLiving room space was empty. Hard wood chairs or bed, no comfortable seat other than those. Gave me wrong wifi password twice. Told me I could check in early for a fee & when I messaged them when I got there - no response. I sat in the lobby for a couple of hours along with another couple. Not a big deal, but Miralejos should have answered timely or let me know early check in was not an option. Apartment was very hot even with the heat off & it was chilly outside.
Cute apartment, not far from the main activities. Safe. Staff helped call for a taxi when I was leaving. Staff were friendly in person & on WhatsApp.

CanadaThe apartment was exceptionally clean. Modern design, the large apartment was equipped with everything needed for our stay. The view from our room was breathtaking, overlooking the city and the Port. The check in process was as easy as it gets. Guillermina, the property manager, was very friendly, helpful and accommodating whenever possible. The building superintendent Sebastián was quick to find us last minute transport as our trip took an unexpected turn. I highly recommend Miralejos.

IsraelThe location is up hill, distance of ~25min walk from city center. We did not rent a car, in that case the location by foot for reserunts, shutls for locations and cetra is not very good.
The room is big, beautiful and clean, comfortable bed. We did not use the facilities in the room but the kitchen seen well equipped. The wifi worked well.

United KingdomIt was loud - there was an issue with a fridge which was making noise but this was resolved immediately. The walls are thin so you can hear when other guests are speaking in the corridor. There was external noise outside e.g. a car blasting loud music at 1am on Sunday but this is obviously outside the control of the host.
Great apartment, clean, good location, great views and great communication. Great kitchen for self-catering and water pressure was good.

If you mostly like to walk around, like us, You must be prepared to walk a few blocks uphill to the apartment every return, but the view from the rooms highly compensates the effort!

United KingdomThe very very poor communication. I tried countless amount of time to contact the owner either via call, texts or WhatsApp and never ever got a reply. The owner only contacted me on our last day when they were struggling to take the payment on my card. The property on itself could be ok I guess but the location is not great being quite a walk from the center of Ushuaia. The bedding is awful with an old faux fur blanket as duvet (I hate to think of what type of bacteria or other creature) we had to sleep with. There was only one flimsy pillow per person, might as well have been sleeping with nothing. There are two pendant lights either side of the bed made of fairly heavy wood but hanging far toooo low so we both knocked ourselves out few times and my partner even cut his head with it.
Nothing……There is no one to welcome you on arrival. You are meant to use a digital code that was not supplied to me before my arrival. I only found this out on arrival when I was locked outside the property. To make matter worst no one ever picked up when I tried to contact them. I only managed to get in when some other guests left and I managed to squeeze through the door.

Puerto Ricowe arrived tired. We didn't arrive the first night due to a flight cancellation. I stayed in constant communication to let them know what was happening. When we got to the apartment we couldn't find anyone. Communication took a while and then a man came out who was not at all friendly. The room was not as shown in the photo. There were 3 twin beds. When it was finally time to rest on those little beds, we couldn't believe how hard they were. For 3 nights we slept in an extremely hard bed. We wake up with sore backs and necks. and in the end when we were about to leave the man again went to the car to confront us because he had complained to me about how rude he had been. he came to confront us and tell us he hadn't been rude. He never apologized. He alone came to confront us. In short, I do not recommend this stay to anyone.

United KingdomThe hosts are honestly the laziest people I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I arrived at check in, and the code to enter the building was supposed to arrive the day before. It didn't arrive (I even requested it the day before), but we arrived exactly on the check in time, and I tried calling, emailing, using the contact form on their site and using Booking's messaging - no response at all. I went into the shop next door and they tried to call for me, but no answer. I could literally see the package through the window with my room key, but I couldn't get through the main door. About an hour later, another guest was leaving so I used his exit to get in and to get my key, but I wasn't able to leave without the main door code. It arrived 5 hours after check in, after I had already knocked on a different room and asked the guests there for the code. The host then lied and told me they had sent it before, but all messages are timestamped. They even responded to the email 3 days later saying that they had sent the message. 3 days after I sent the email. No returned calls, nothing, just denial. I truly awful attempt at being a host in a blatantly struggling hotel. It was empty apart from my room and the other guests room. If the hosts respond to this, you can guarantee they will try to lie about sending the message again, instead of just apologising and admitting error. Let's wait and see.
The apartment was actually quite nice. Shame about the hosts. Would have rated as a 9 or 10 if the hosts weren't so lazy and didn't refuse to apologise for their laziness. Just book somewhere else.

United KingdomThe room, bathroom and kitchen equipment were dirty (hairs, grease, grime). The balcony door and window barely opened and closed without having to force them. The kitchen did not have the things you needed to stay in an apartment (knife that worked, cutting board, wine opener, etc). The shower did not drain and had water in the bottom when we arrived with hairs of other people in it. While the bed was comfortable, it was full of hairs that weren’t ours and the pillows were stained yellow and brown from not being protected. The property booking page has a question from September this year stating customers can pay in Argentinian pesos at the banco National rate. We messaged the property about this before booking and were told we could pay in cash in Argentinian pesos. When we tried to pay at the property, the manager (Vero) told us she could charge any rate she wanted to for cash payments (though there was nowhere in booking.con terms about this), so we were charged way more than the price shown on booking.com. This negative interaction ruined our stay, on top of everything else wrong with the property.
The bed was comfortable, but full of hairs that weren’t ours. The pillows were disgusting.
