Got an Upgrade to Las Hayas Ushuaia Resort due to Renovation. This Hotel ist really an outstanding 5-star Resort With an excellent kitchen chief and his Crew. The dishes really can compete With international 5-star cuisine worldwide. Got the room With the best view over the entire Ushuaia city and Beagle channel. During my Stage got some 10cm snow which really felt Like winterwonderland@christmas. Also the SPA was almost private and State to the Art, despite ongoing Renovation on the Main pool. Definitely worth every Peso and For sure will come back once i will Make this Long journey again to the End of the world!

United StatesIt was too hot in our hotel room despite turning off all the heaters. We had to open the window to cool off the room. Also, the toilet required flushing several times to evacuate the bowl and often left a remnant smell of sulfur.
The hotel was such a nice luxury to round out our tour of Argentina. I debated booking a hotel in the mountain away from the city, but it was worth it. The view was amazing and we were treated to snow on our last days that we wouldn’t have otherwise experienced if not in the mountains. The free shuttle provided easy access to the city and was very punctual. The complimentary breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options. The staff even taught my daughter to make and drink mate. We ate dinner at Orange Restaurant one night and it too was tasty and reasonably priced. The room and shared spaces were cozy and inviting. They offer complimentary daily activities too that I wish we were able to take advantage of. The activities were hiking, archery, and wine tasting. I love their eco-friendly efforts to include refillable toiletries and towel reuse strategies. They also refilled our water bottles at the bar as part of a global conservation consortium.

United KingdomIt would have been good to have a kettle and tea and coffee in the room, as we had this in all the other hotels we stayed in on our trip. It would have been helpful if the shuttle bus was a bit more frequent.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was really good with a big selection. We ate in the hotel bar for lunch and the restaurant for dinner, and the food was delicious. Our room was large and had a lovely view. The hotel shuttle bus was useful to get to town. There was a comfortable lounge area where you could relax and enjoy the views.

United Statesjust the luggage piled up as soon as you walk in the front door also it’s quite far from town but the shuttle helps and ubers are really not expensive .
this hotel offers a view like no other in Ushuaia , truly magical world class breathtaking . i oversaw the entire bay including the cruise ships omg i couldn’t get enough of it . the staff is accommodating and does their best to please although truthfully i was there over the new year, they had a full house , allot of demand on each member of the team , too much luggage piled up in the entrance to the hotel , i didn’t think that was attractive . it seems many people arrive wanting to check in early morning when the rooms are not yet ready . i think they ought to find a place to store the luggage where it’s not smack in your face . the breakfast is served in a dining room facing the wide open view , a real treat for the eyes. delicious baked goods , and good coffee and mate. i paid $200 for New Year’s eve party at their sister property across the stree and it was truly exquisite , fun , spirited , great music , lots of comraderie with others who i didn’t even know from before but were super friendly to me ( i am a solo traveler ) it was worth every cent. they have a pool but no sauna which i think would be an amazing addition to a placid where it’s often cold out and where tourists are often out walking or engaging in tours for hours , coming home worn out . the sauna is a respite from the frenzy and very healthy . they offer a shuttle service into town and back at specific hours. one night they set up a mini casino and the attendant was adorable , he went out of his way to make sure the other player and myself ( only 2 of us playing ) won each time , and they gave us complimentary cocktails📞snacks , chocolate , i really enjoyed the mini roulette and black jack appreciated the generosity. 💕

Czech RepublicThe hotel is located in a hill above the town, but it suited us because we had our own car and could go anywhere at any time. The hotel also offers a free shuttle bus to Ushuaia several times a day. For its location the hotel was very quiet, peaceful, cozy and very good beds. We would definitely recommend the in-house restaurant and the excellent steak. We enjoyed our stay very much.

IrelandWhile the view is due to the location you are quite a distance from the town. The hotel does kindly run a free shuttle but the times are not always suitable, so unless you fancy a steep enough uphill walk it's a taxi from the town.
The view from my room was unbelievable, straight down to the harbour where I could see the Antarctic cruises docking and departing. The bed was also extremely comfortable after nearly 30hrs of travel. All the food I had was wonderful and the customer service was second to none.
