Nice view of the bay and the port, close to the main shopping street and restaurants. The apartment is nicely decorated, the bed is comfy and good size, the bathroom is clean. Very good value for money.

Bit too many cakes for my liking for breakfast. Maybe some nice porridge, fruit, or healthier alternatives

There were some problems with hot water. The gas cylinder did not have time to heat up. I didn't get to take a hot bath, but the shower was no problem.

This is a very nice place. It is clean and has everything you need for your stay. The girls at the reception are extremely polite and ready to help you with any request. Good breakfasts with a fantastic view of the city at the hotel nearby. Ideal location and all the necessary accessories. I recommend!

Very well-equipped and comfortable, extremely cosy, we felt straight like at home :) The views are breathtaking and the location could not be better. Excellent internet connection and just wonderful attention to details (such as a small bottle of cooking oil and instant coffee available in the apartment, which is a rarity overall). The control of bath shower water is very sensitive so it's very difficult to adjust hot or cold. It can suddenly be very cold then suddenly very hot.

Very good location within walking distance to everywhere. clean and comfortable. Fully equipped kitchen. Nice staff. The first view is amazing to see the whole town.

Getting access via what's ap. We are in our 70's and are not used to computers etc. We had to do a crash course on what's ap before we could gain access. We finally got in after approx. 1 1/2 hours

On a very busy street; lots of traffic noise. Loud music from a nearby bar to about midnight. Fairly dark, only 1 light for the kitchen and 1 in the bathroom. Kitchen minimally equipped. Noisy water heater. Having to check in at one location then move to the other location along very badly damaged sidewalks; not easy with luggage with wheels. We were staying for 8 nights and the apartment had only 1/2 roll of toilet paper and about 1/2 full hand soap in the bathroom. When we asked for more toilet paper we were told to buy our own.

The worst part was the bed; it was like a black hole resided in the centre of the mattress with the entire bed being sucked into it. Fix the bed and the rating is at least an 8 if not a 9. Hot water was terrible until I googled the instruction manual to fix it ... and got a condescending lecture about touching it. It was a fair trade though ... hot water was great from day 2 onward. If in doubt, look it up. And as an FYI ... getting the luggage to the room from the check in location (and back in order to store it for the day we checked out was extremely difficult). If you travel light ... probably not an issue. We had 4 months luggage that included items for use at the equator and at the "end of the world" The posting says pick up the keys just around the corner. What they don't tell you is that it is an 8-10-story elevation gain up either steep stairs or a cratered sidewalk (see photos). If you get the breakfast option, you will make the same trip daily. The cars in the photos provide a good scale of the grade. Up the yellow staircase, a 1/3 of a block further and a right-turn gets you the keys to the apartment ... or take the sidewalk up and turn left. Both routes have their advantages.

Generally a very nice place to stay that looked like the pictures. Very spacious; kitchen had enough utensils / pots to be useful for cooking; and enough space for my wife and I to work and live comfortably for a week. The kitchen table in particular was very good quality and comfortable to eat and work at. Housekeeping was good. Location was great - close enough to walk everywhere, far enough away that the street noise was fine most of the time. A few issues - but in spite of these I would recommend it as a good place to stay, and in general to be very good value given the amount credited back on my credit card reflecting the "tourist" exchange rate.
