Some of the staff members felt a little put off by the fact I spoke English, they always helped me though. The boss walking around seemed like he didn't like working here and was a little rude. Most of the other staff was fantastic and helpful. Especially Nicolas and Nicole.

Breakfast was good. Location was perfect, close to the busy streets and close to Galarias Pacifico. Room and facilities were better than expected. A lot of taxi's in the area, so also nice to be on the move quickly.

The AC would work for 10 minutes and then stop, it made for a warm room to sleep in during the summer so it was rather uncomfortable. We did ask in reception but they didnt know how to fix it.

The hotel is nice and modern and in a great location. The internet was very good and the breakfast was decent.

A bit noisy street

Centrally located, helpful staff when we lost our jacket upon arrival. Breakfast was fine.

The room was small. The shower door didn't seal, so water ended up on the bathroom floor. The hair dryer was in a very awkward location - difficult to use. Our room was at the front of the building, and there was quite a bit of noise from the street below.

The hotel was in a central location and we felt safe walking around the area. It was a clean, modern facility. We enjoyed the breakfast - good variety of delicious items.

The buffet breakfast was exceptional with a wide assortment of fresh pastries and fruits along with a variety of juices, coffee, tea, cereal and hot eggs and meat. The staff was very attentive and quickly cleared the tables of used dishes so others could enjoy breakfast too. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet allowing me a good rest after my long journey to BA.

The location was great - breakfast/restaurant superb - and the work area on the rooftop was exactly what we needed. Further, something which is important to us but often lacking in hotels, is that the A/C in our room was great and actually stayed on when we left the room.

Like all the hotels we stayed in in Argentina we would have liked at the least a kettle in our room to make tea.

We booked two rooms: the studio (a bit more expensive) and the standard. There is no physical difference between the two rooms. The hotel is good,but needs renovations.

Can't think of anything not to like. The only thing we had a slight challenge with was the outlet type in the room, they only have the slanted outlets unique to Argentina so make sure you have an adaptor with the skinny slanted prongs or you can leave your chargeables with the front desk and they will charge them for you as they have international plugs behind the desk.

Great hotel, with a very big and elaborate breakfast (most variety we had on our entire 10 day trip around Argentina, Brazil, and Uruguay). We were a little worried about the noise because a lot of people stated that it was an issue, but we didn't experience noise at all. Our room was quiet and we got a great night sleep. Location is also great. We walked from the ferry to the hotel and then the next day we walked to Casa Rosado and San Telmo market. Would stay here again and would recommend to others.

Everything is well organized and clean. Location is perfect to do a lot by yourself walking. Breakfast is quite nice.
