We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Silvia is the kindest host I've ever met. I spent 3 nights and 4 days so comfortably like my house. When I came back from going out, the accommodation was always cleaned and heated very well, so I could stay warm. I loved the fact that it had a lined shower and a ventilated window in the bathroom. Hot water comes out without interruption. The laundry service is great, too. If you choose this accommodation, you will be 100 percent satisfied. Thank you so much to host Silvia, and I wish her good health all the time

GermanySilvia is an incredibly friendly host. She helped us so much when our little son got ill with a bronchitis- she brought us to the doctor, went to pharmacy for us, gave him toys to play with…thank you so much, dear Silvia! besides that, the cabana is very clean, nice decorated, the beds are comfy and you can reach all the beautiful hiking trails in some minutes. we really hope to come back one day!

The cabins are super cute, comfortable, clean and warm. Sylvia is a super friendly host and provided us with a lot of information about hikes, and the region. She was very accomodating with our check out time and let us stay for a while longer, which was much appreciated as our bus wasn’t until 8pm. The cakes provided everyday were a nice touch!

PolandThe internet connection was slow (like in the whole town, as we were told), yet sufficient for basic needs not requing transfer of large data (emails, communicators, check in for the flight, etc).
The house is cosy and comfortable. Sylvia was very helpful with all issues related to our the house, the equipment, as well as other staff related to our stay, such as suggestions where to go, etc. She really paid attention whether everything was ok and was ready to help if needed, and as she lives next door and speaks English very well, it was easy to ask for assitance and to receive it immediately. The house was very clean, plus Sylvia did some cleaning every day, emptied trash bin, etc. Location of the house is excellent, in short distance to the main street.

Our cabin (3) was lovely. It was a perfect size, with a cute lttle living area and kitchenette. The bathroom was a decent size. Our bedroom was very comfortable, with a small private balcony. We were super comfortable the entire stay (2 nights). The cabin was immaculate! The highlight of our stay at Nahuel Pan though was Silvia, the host. Within two hours of arriving, I fell on a short hike and landed on my knee. I ended up limping back to the hotel with a gash on my knee. Silvia came to our cabin to help and she went above and beyond! She drove me and my husband to the Sanatario, waited while I got xrayed and stitched, drove me to our cabin, drove my husband to a restaurant so he could order food for me, and then drove him back. Silvia later loaded our fridge with essentials and checked on me several times during the next day and a half. I felt like Silvia was a very close friend or relative. She is an angel! The excellent reviews about Silvia are all true! We highly recommend a stay at Nahule Pan. It was EXCELLENT. Gracias, Silvia!!!

Sylvia couldn't have been more helpful with booking rafting trips, taxis and offering advice on walks. Hotel managers in capital cities could learn a lot from her.
