We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe room we got was outdated and worn out, though it was spacious. There is no WiFi in the rooms, only in common areas, though it is clearly stated in the description.
The pool was nice. Grounds were well maintained. Breakfast was included in price and was of decent quality for the money. There is a small shop and a restaurant on the property.

RussiaThe rooms are super dated and also a bit dusty. Not dusty and dated to the point that i would never stay there but definitely need renovation. If it were renovated i would probably give it a 9.
Huge territory, palm trees, Forrest around it, has a real jungle vibe. Staff very pleasant called us a taxi a few times. Decent pasta at the pool bar.

TurkeyWe didnt get the room we booked which was a twin room even though they confirmed a month earlier than our arrival and upon arrival we were told there is noone to help us, they cannt seperate the beds etc so we had to seperate them by ourselves and had to sleep without matress on bed so beds were very uncomfortable and one had to sleep without linens as well. The safebox was not working, and towels were horribly dirty! Rooms has no wifi and wifi at common areas doesnt work properly. Almost noone speaks english, and the staff was not helpful at all.. The location is not good at all, in the middle of nowhere and taxi apps dont work in Iguazu so keep that in mind and stay away from this hotel. There are many options in the city center on booking… After months in South America this hotel has been the WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. It has been waste of money.
