Wifi was not working in the upper level. The girl and boy with neck tattoo were not very friendly, pretty much acting as if they were doing me a favor.

Great location, a couple of meters from the Main Street. When we arrived the staff was not friendly, only the boys that work in the afternoon and early morning were nice. The wifi didn’t work ( I was on the third floor). The breakfast was great. For the price ig it was acceptable.

There's not much light in the room. The wifi did not work in our room (3rd floor).

Excellent location in the center. We could leave our luggage before check-in. Warm room. Great shower with super hot water. Nice view from the room. Good value for the price.

Breakfast can be missed, nothing to write home about. A bit dated is an understatement. Bit pricey for what it is.

Ok for one night. Location is superb. Nice big fridge in the room. Cool views of the mountains and the sea.

The entrance is a bit confusing (there are 3 doors of 3 different things) , there is no elevator - only stairs, the water in the toilet takes time to drain, the room smells a bit old and there are no windows to open.

I liked that the property was small and that it had a receptionist at the desk 24 hrs a day.

Hot water only lasted about 3 minutes and the wifi NEVER worked.

Excellent location close to the port and everything else. Very inexpensive and nice to have breakfast included.

Breakfast is a bit too basic and it can be a bit noisy if your room fronts the street like mine did, but it is not a busy street.

The location is the best part as it is central to everything. The rooms are very basic and dated, but provide you with all you need for a home base to tour the area. Breakfast is just croissants and cereal but at least you are provided with a little starter with free juice and coffee or tea to start the day. The grocery store is only one block up the hill.

breakfast is a sugar bomb, i had to go and look for a place to eat, because i cant just eat sugar in the morning. For the price it should have been something decent. Also, i preferred to pay cash for the hotel, but they changed me all on my credit card. Obviously, the exchange rate for cash and card is different.

We really liked the staff! They were very friendly and helpful! We loved the location! It was very central! Thank you very much for a great stay! We would recommend this hotel for the friendly staff and location! As an aside we wanted to mention that we had a bad experience with a taxi driver who was late in picking us up from our hike and he was really dishonest agreeing to one price then charging much more. He showed us an abandoned railroad and said this was part of a tour!!!! We just wanted a ride back to our hotel. It was very strange!! We would recommend taking public transport in Ushuaia if you are doing the park hikes!!

I think they should have a sign to hang on the door when you don’t want them to enter and clean your room. For example I don’t really want that, unless I tell them.

We stayed here last month as well. Again what an excellent surprise. Should have a higher rating. Clean rooms and good shower pressure. Both times we got low internet rates.

Coffee earlier in the morning

Great location to explore, near a grocery store and money exchange. I am an early riser and would have loved to have coffee earlier......guests were international.....so interesting.

Was a little nervous booking this due to not so good reviews but got a good online price. Check in was easy The room was excellent!! Great shower water pressure. Really good location. Would stay here again.

Boring breakfast. Orange juice, strawberry milk, corn flakes, croissants and toasted French bread and jam and butter. Tea and coffee was available. Very basic and the same everyday.

It was an OK place but certainly nothing special. The cleaning lady did a good job everyday.
