It was clean and the stuff was helpful, but the pension is old and they did not invest from a long time. We had problems with the sink faucet, it run the water continuously. Outside, the tables paint was very old and look ugly. We booked beacuse we saw good reviews, but second time I would not choose this place again.

The stuff was vwry nice and they give us the breakfast very early in the morning, because we travelled with a hungry baby. It is in a good location, close to supermarkets and to the road through Butrint and Sarrande.

Easy walking distance to stores and restaurants. Nice balcony. Good breakfast. Nice staff. They did some laundry for us as soon as we arrived which was very kind.

Room was very small, there wasnt much place to move. The toilet and shower was even smaller. A bit too far distance to the sea going by foot.

Main advantage is tasty breakfast and coffee. We also liked the balcony a lot. The room was provided with air conditioning and a fridge which was very helpful. Service is kind. Very nice surrounding.

Unfortunately, the bathroom: the bathroom has a shower but the thing is that the bathroom itself is the shower cabin, meaning that if you share the room with other people the first has the bathroom clean and dry, the second has a swimming pool

The position was very nice, the breakfast changes every day with two options (croissant and cappuccio, or something more British-like as friend eggs with bacon, pancakes, etc). The staff is very kind, the location is easy to reach and there's free parking there

This is a small retro villa with a nice garden. You'll feel at home if you don't rush around, but appreciate the quiet, the calm, the slow pace. We appreciate this quietness, because we hate big hotels and were looking for exactly this kind of quiet accommodation, like Villa Nertili. It was recommended by a dear friend of ours who had been here before. We enjoyed our stay here too. The staff is extremely calm so you will be calm too, soon. Villa Nertili will be the centre of your relaxation. But remember! Other parts of Ksamil are crowded and busy. But you can also buy everything you need in the small supermarkets of Ksamil. Ask around in the shops and use the Google Translate app everywhere, but it's better to download it to your phone in advance and use your own language and Albanian translator offline. If you don't, show pictures of what you want. They help you with everything in the shops, and they are mind-readers, they are attentive everywhere. And there are lots of money changers. Read the reviews of Ksamil restaurants before you go in! Don't bring anything here! Everything is here! Come to Ksamil! But don't miss Saranda. Thanks for everything: Villa Nertili staff.

Loved the service and amability of the personal. They were really helpful with everything, provided us with towels when needed, etc Location was great because it's not far by foot from the main street but still you don't get the noise of the cars running all night long

The breakfast was small with little choice, the coffee machine was broken, but we were only guests so maybe that’s why.

The place needs some maintenance, our bathroom door lock was broken and if you closed it you couldn't open it from the inside, just a few things a little run down but the price was refective.

Although a 10-15 min easy walk to the beach, we preferred to stay here as it was really quiet with a nice quiet courtyard. Places near the beach seem like they would be really noisy. Great value for money. The room was spacious with a good size balcony.

No curtain between the shower and the toilet, every time you shower there is water everywhere in the bathroom... Plus no flushing toilet paper (it goes in the bin instead)...

Great and tasty breakfast with cofee, bread, omlette, eggs it depends of a day. Quiet location with a shoop near by. ten minutes by foot to the centre or to the beach. Friendly and helpful owner who greeted us with joy every day.

Beautiful house on a good location, not far from the main beaches in town. The owners and other staff very friendly and very kindness. Rooms cleaned daily, ,the bed is very comfortable and breakfast served on time in beautiful garden.

Most lovely and friendly host. Only a short (5-7min) walk to the beach and price- quality definitely recommended! It’s far enough from the beach to not be disturbed by the loud music played by some bars. AC and good coffee.

It was weird that next morning the stuff brought to my attention that we were too loud bc there were children. First that isnt a Kindergarden, second really we weren't loud... Just some talk around 2am but no music no screaming, no shouting, no drinking
