There is no shower next to the swimming pool

Close to the beach. you have free sunbeds on the beach. The pool was very nice .Good breakfast ,good ala cart restaurant.value for the money

Breakfast was cold. There were just a few people in the hotel but the stuff did not take the time to make sure breakfast was warm. They also charged us extra for a cappuccino

The road noise. But generally, the whole strip is by a motorway so you can’t do too much about it. When the windows in the room are closed you can’t hear the road.

The room was very clean and very big. The bathroom clearly was just renovated. The room had a nice, working ac. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The place was still very quiet because it is an out of season. The pool area was lovely and surrounded by greenery. The breakfast was varied, and everything was tasty. Getting to the beach does require you to go through an overpass, but it is super easy to do it and it is only a couple of minutes of a detour. Staying on this side of the road was considerably cheaper, too.

Swimming pool water very cold and not very clean .

The property is nice , with a swimming pool, a bar by the pool and very affordable prices for lunch or dinner at the hotel . Food is great , buffet breakfast quite nice , with lots of options to choose from , except for the coffe that aren’t great and there isn’t an option lactose free or vegan for milk . Friendly and helpful staff , especially Vanesa - receptionist, and Ana - waiter . Beach Towels included in price - with a private beach and subbeds included too - shame that to get to the sea you have to cross an horrific bridge, not suitable for those who suffer from vertigo. Parking free included too.

There were some sweet kittens there and one day they disappeared, I think the janitor had something to do with it. It was incredibly upsetting and left us with a sour taste in our mouths.

Fitness suite could be more effectively laid out

The staff were excellent, very helpful and friendly, very willing to help with whatever was needed. Location was great, lovely hill trails behind the hotel. 2 minute walk to the hotels private beach with their own sunbeds but in a peaceful setting. Wide section of different foods and juices for breakfast.

the curtain doesn’t cover every part of the window, so there’s always a bit where the sun shines through once the sun rises. the doors also pretty thin, you can hear everyone walk/talk past on the corridor. there is no safe box in the room (but stuff can be deposited at the manager’s safe as we were informed). also the sea view isn’t very a sea view as there are buildings in front of the hotel. no menu for the cocktails at the pool area

location- very nice, close enough to everything, but you have to cross the highway on a bridge on your way to and from the beach. the rooms +partially refurbished, kind of the mix of the pics we seen on booking (at the time of august 2023), but it wasn’t disappointing as everything is VERY clean, we got fresh towels and bedding when needed, trash cans were emptied every day. the bed is comfortable, pillows are also nice and there’s some extra in the closet. wi-fi is fast and reliable. hair&body wash was provided, body lotion wasn’t, would have been nice to have. the pool and beach - beach towel is provided by the hotel, which is a very big plus! pool is surprisingly clean and cool, has floor levels for swimming and chilling too. sunbeds are comfortable. the hotel has a private beach area with sunbeds and umbrellas included, very nice and cozy. the staff - at the reception everyone is very nice and accommodating, very quick to help with anything. at the restaurant and pool bar everyone is polite as well, we had no problem at all. cleaning ladies are also very nice and friendly the food - standard buffet breakfast, nothing fancy but everything is alright.

I didn’t have any towels the first night. The shower door was broken. The parking lot filled quickly and I had to find parking elsewhere.

The breakfast was very good. Nice and relaxing atmosphere. The customer service was outstanding. The pool area is very nice as well. The hotel is far enough away from the beach that the noises can’t be heard but close enough to walk there in 2 minutes. The location was easy to drive to.

That in 5 days they didn't clean the floor of my room, it was full of sand and hair and I asked for it but they didn't. I didn't like the area where the Hotel was located, one have to cross a dodgy and dark bridge to be able to go to the beach and tourist area.

Need to walk though the bridge over the highway to get the hotel from the beach, but it's not far away.

Nice place, I liked the authentic style (a lot of woodware in the room) and it makes one more impression of the travel to Albania. Kind and lovely personnel, family management style. I visit hotel in the end of season, so there were calm and comfortable. It costs its money, and the portions in restaurant a-la-carte big and tasty.

Air condition didn't work so well, but no big deal.

The staff was very helpful and friendly, the room was always cleaned and made up. Personally the pool was the greatest at the hotel, I loved it. The breakfast was delicious, could have been a bit more diverse though.

Wifi is not always working properly.

This hotel is one of the best options in Durres beach area. Peaceful location, clean, with a very pleasant garden, swimming pool and bar, also a good restaurant. Staff is nice and helpful. A classical, convenient and safe choice.

smoking situation was strange, most of the guest smoked. We asked about the manager, but he started to discuss us about the hungarian politics and he did not stoped. Maybe he is a politics not a hotel manager.

Sea nearby, the plus bed was good,, the cleaning lady came every day
