Nothing !! It was perfect

This was our favourite stay in Albania, the hosts were so kind and extremely helpful. The breakfast was fantastic, so much lovely food!! The room was cleaned well, with clean towels and bedding. We had such a lovely time here and although it is out of town nothing was too far for us, we found everything in walking distance. We rented a moped for 1 day to travel to Ksamil but other than that we were able to explore everywhere by foot. We could not recommend this place enough, the family are amazing, they gave us recommendation for great food! They helped us organise our bus back to Tirana as well as booking our taxi to the bus station !

Lovely family run hotel providing exceptional customer service. Outdoor courtyard area where delicious breakfast was served was like a beautiful secret garden surrounded by lush greens and flowers. Room, bed, and pillow comfortable. Neighborhood quiet. Our room had a sea view (so nice! AND had a screen door to enjoy the sound of waves crashing without bugs!) with balcony, chairs and a table. Onsite parking. Hotel itself is located on the southern end of Sarande about a 10 minute drive without traffic (if there is such a thing), probably closer to 20/30 minutes with traffic. At first I was a little concerned how far the hotel was from the center but after driving into the center the first night I was grateful for its location. Not only is there a lovely beach a 5 minute walk in front of the hotel but you are comfortably away from the chaos of downtown Sarande. Highly recommend and we did stay again on our return trip from Corfu...and would do so again in the future!

The place is in a quiet part of Sarande, which is a blessing really, as the city can get extremely noisy. Plus parking anywhere in the city is a pain. Villa Erdeti is a quite place right next to Mango beach, and is clean and very nice. Breakfast was excellent every day. I would definitely recommend this place if you visit Sarande.

Absolutely amazing! The cleanest apartment we have ever been to. Mr. Erdeti was very helpful and recommended some nice beaches. Breakfast was prepared with local ingredients. Very quiet place, away from the bustling city. We can only recommend it!

Everything was perfect! The location is a bit secluded, so it's worth considering renting a car, but you can easily manage without one. Bus stops are nearby.

A great place to stay in Saranda. Beautiful view, delicious breakfasts (ordered from the menu with no limits). The rooms are very clean, with towels changed daily. The owner deserves special mention – the nicest person we met in Albania; other hotel owners could learn from him. We were touched by the hospitality and kindness with which we were treated. Highly recommended!

The nearest beach has got a colder water as it is in a mouth of quite a chilly river (heading from the famous Blue Eye). To get to a beach with warm sea you either have to cross this cold and quite rapid stream (not suitable for small kids), or you have to go to a small bay in the opposite direction than Sarande.

We liked our stay there. The view from the room, especially to Sarande at night, is very nice. Breakfasts were also very nice.

Clean and cozy rooms, with a nice view of the sea and some olive trees :) The owner was very friendly and he gave us daily advices depending of our trips. The breakfast was great and each morning they gave us even season fruits and some home made sweets like crepes, some petulla (small donuts with honey) and so on. It's a family bussimes made with love. This was one of our best trips and we fully recomand this place.

Good location just a 5 minute walk from the beach and 15-20 minutes from several restaurants. The castle and downtown are accessible within about 20 min by car, though parking in Sarande is tough! Free and easy parking on the street by the hotel. The host family is very kind and prepare a nice breakfast every day.

I didn´t like leave my stay here . I´d like to stay more 6 months here.

The host ( Mr. Young Man ) is fantastic . I felt in my home . The best place that I already stayed in Booking . The breakfast is delicius . The aprtment is confortable for 4 persons. Totally clean . The place has a awesome view and is quiet for sleep . The aprtment is near for go to main atractives in the region . You will like a lot talk with Mr. Young Man , the best host ever .

We loved the view from the balcony. Breakfast was exceptional! The owners are very sweet. Hotel is a bit far away from the city centre, but nice, clean and quiet. When you lay in bad you can hear sound of sea waves instead of loud people at night. Next time in Saranda we will stay only in Villa Erdeti!

There was everything in the room (hairdryer, airer, refrigerator etc.) also was very clean and the air conditioning worked well. The owner was really helpful and kind. The breakfast was fresh and delicious, it was made by the owners :) The surroundings was calm and quiet. I highly recommend!

Sarande turns out as not exactly our place under the sun. But again, the villa and the owners compensated.

The villa and the owners are amazing. Very supportive, as we had some rough times in Albania in general. Apparently even a Bulgarian can have a culture shock there 😀

Local government would do great if they'd build a bridge for pedestrians over the nearby river, so tourists from the area where the hotel is could access the city quicker and wouldn't have to walk longer to get across.

Breakfast was delicious, especially as it included multiple options. Some of the food is homemade as well, such as fig jam and olives. Location is good, as you have a public beach 3-5 mins away by foot, or if you're traveling by car and plan to visit multiple beaches around. Free parking was great to have, too. Additionally, the hosts were helpful in terms of giving suggestions regarding interesting places/beaches to visit in Sarande and Ksamil.
