Although great, there are definitely lots of improvements to be made. When I arrived, I was told that they were full and my room was given away, despite my booking. It was eventually solved but it came across unprofessional. Then, it is super noisy and the rooms are not sound proof at all, really a big minus, plus I had to ask for cleaning which I think should be done automatically. The surrounding is also not that great and finally, there was a situation at the end with not being able to find a taxi which wasn't the owners fault but could have been handled better.

The place looks super nice and is sparkling clean. It is owned by a lovely family who responds to all queries at all times. The bathroom is modern and there are multiple kitchen with everything you need. Overall, a wonderful place!

The host Adnan, was super nice and very attentive. Accomodation was new, clean and spacious. Couldn’t ask for better place to stay in Durres.

This accommodation was excellent, the room is large, spacious and it was cleaned regularly as well. The owner was absolutely kind and nice and he was available for us all the time :) We definitely recommend it!

I want to go back already. It is good to relax in the villa alone, with family and friends. The sea is five minutes from the villa. Shops are also nearby. The owner of the villa is a wonderful and sincere person. I was satisfied.

I could not stay longer

This place offers a lot of amenities. I was very happy with the staff and the owner on the property. It takes 4 minutes to walk to the market for small things to keep you able to cook in your room. Theres AC and the T. V provides english channels and movies. You have a nice little patio area. able to hang your clothes. The beach takes less than 5 minutes to walk. There are a lot of amenities. Once you get down to the Main Street and a lot of places will take your Visa card. Just to mention. There is a bus that goes into town. You just walk down to the Main Street and go right 2 blocks. It costs 50 cents to go to town. My suggestion if you are coming from the airport Take the bus to the station idurres and then take a cab to the hotel The hotel.The hotel the hotel. It's very clean

Everything was perfect. The room was extremely clean and spacious, equipped with absolutely everything needed. Additionally, the distance to the beach is very short, about 3-4 minutes. As for the staff, they were very friendly, responding quickly to all needs. I definitely recommend it!

The pillows could've been a little more soft. But that being said, I've never had good hotel pillows before.

Everything was great! The owner so patient and respectful. He advised many interesting bars and cafes, also helped to order a taxi to airport with good discount! The room was light and clean, has a balcony and mini fridge. From Vila 5 min walk to the beach.

Just one small note for improvement: if you want to watch TV, you need to find a good location for the TV cable.

Really nice the owner and staff. I was pleased to communicate with them. The location is really good, about 7 minutes to the beach. There are several shops nearby. Quiet and peaceful. Wi-Fi worked pretty well. The bed is comfortable and big enough.

That there is no train in Albania !!! Too many big fat black Mercedes cars. Missing timetable for busses. No streetmaps. No busmaps. No turist information.

The quiteness. The space. The room. The terasse. The short way to the beach, shops, restaurants. We made our own breakfast. We could haved asked for everything what was missing.

I have nothing negative to say about my stay.

Everything! This was my 1st solo trip to Albania and I could not have had a better place to stay. It made everything so much easier for me. The host was very helpful, friendly, accommodating and so kind. The room was spacious,clean, quiet and close to the beach. I loved staying there and will be definitely recommending to friends who visit Durres!

There wasn't really any proper barrier between the kitchenette and the sleeping area. It was also very small and didn't have a lot of cooking ware, utensils nor appliances, not even all the basic ones. It wasn't really suited for regular cooking which we found a bit disappointing.

Great location! Very close to the beach, several restaurants, bars and markets nearby, but still nice and quiet so you can get some good night's sleep. 10/10 for the owner: very friendly and thoughtful, always trying to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. Comfortable beds, a small kitchenette you can use for preparing some basic dishes. There is AC. There was a TV as well in our room. We didn't use it, but it might be worth mentioning in case someone would find that an advantage. There is also a common terrace you can use for chilling.

There wasn't a kettle but there was a hot plate and saucepan so a different way to make a morning cuppa. In one room the main light didn't work but it didn't bother my son so we didn't bring it to the owner's intention.

Air con. was excellent so a good nights sleep was possible. All rooms were clean and spacious. terrace on our floor for all six of us to spend time together was great for the night air and magnificent for the occasional fireworks and one off thunderstorm.

Really nice apartment with a seperate kitchen and comfortable bed. The apartment is just a few minutes walk to the beach. We enjoyed it here!
