Good hotel with a noce view over Golem. The rooms were spacious and clean. The only thing that could be changed is the breakfast, it needs more products and better exposition of them. Otherwise it was ok.

If you want it quiet and don't plan to sit at the restaurant all night this is not the place for you. They had live music blasting until midnight at the restaurant which was loud in the room so our kids were unable to get to sleep. The AC ran but didn't seem to cool the room, at least not well. There were ants on the floor and it didn't feel the cleanest. There was no one at the front desk at check in time because the check in person was also a restaurant server.

There was a restaurant on site and open late and we arrived there late and hadn't had dinner so it was nice to be able to get dinner there without having to search elsewhere.

The property was beautiful. Location was perfect with breathtaking views of the Adriatic Sea at the front side and beautiful views of the green hills at the back. Facilities were great and super clean. The pool area was very beautiful. There was something for everyone. The grounds of the villa were full of plants with beautiful flowers. The restaurant was gorgeous with unparalleled views and the food was delicious, it tasted as great as it looked when it was served. The rooms were very spacious and clean ensuring that everyone had a relaxing time while there. The best thing about this property was the service from the people that worked there. From the moment we stepped in the property till the moment we left everyone went out of their way to make our stay special and one of a kind. We were there for my 50th birthday and I could not have found a better place to celebrate it.

Walking to the beach is quite far.

We were there in september at the end of the season. Downside was that the supposedly very good restaurant was closed, but the beautiful pool was open and we were the only guests using it. The terrace and the views were stunning, breakfast was delicious and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Many thanks to Sonia and the gardener! We even decided to stay a little bit longer.

The only complaint I have was the smell of the room. The air conditioner smelled like mold.

The room was really small compared to the pictues advirtesed. You had to be really careful to not bump your head to the really low roof. The bathroom smelled so bad(like mold and humidity). It was unbearable. We used the same towels during our 3day stay. The reception was always empty so we couldnt really discuss our issues with the staff. Overall it didnt feel like a proper hotel. It gave me the vibe that the reastaurant is the main business and the owner randomly decided to build a hotel because there was some free space available.

The location of the hotel is nice. If you are looking for something quite ,far from the busy roads than this is a good option. We really enjoyed the pool and reastaurant of the hotel is really good and the view from it is amazing.
