We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

AlbaniaThe only thing dissapointing, was the shower, small cabin, and no shelves/spaces to hang the towels and shampoos in the bathroom.
Good location, near popular beaches, far from noises, safe parking, lift, amazing sea view from balcony, room was clean, comfortable bed. The staff were very hospitable, attentive and helpful. It's worth the money. 🙂

The location was the best part. The hotel was close to a variety of pretty beaches you can visit by car or on foot. Nevertheless, the room was tidy, clean and comfortable enough for two people.

GermanyIt's not very easy to find the entrance of the building, since there are no signs and no reception (but you can always contact the host, he will help you! :) ) The water in the shower didn't drain easily, sometimes it was more a pool than a shower. The beaches nearby are mostly private, it's hard to find a proper beach that is for free. (However, if you are looking for comfortable sunbeds (10€ a day), we would recommend to rent some in Liro-Hotel, right in opposite of the BlueWave).
The host welcomed us kindly and showed us around the room. The view from balcony was amazing, the blue sea right in front of the apartment. The room had everything we needed, was clean and the bed very comfortable. As we arrived by car, the parking-garage was very practical and helpful. We recommend a stay in this apartment-hotel, just outside of Vlora in a calm neighborhood!

The hotel was super clean & everything was new, the room was cosy & the air con was really cold. The beach across the road was superb! There is also free parking if you have a car. The staff were really helpful & friendly!

Everything!! Staying in this hotel was the perfect part of our vacation in Vlora. The check-in process was smooth and efficient. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and everything was handled quickly. Also we asked for some suggestions for places to visit which turned out great. First we could smell the freshness from the elevator to the halls and to our room. We loved the view from our room, we never thought we would get a perfect sea view from the balcony in a great price! We got fresh towels and our bins cleaned daily! Parking was included and that was stress-free part of our vacation, it was very easy accessible. We visited beaches near there which were just down the road 5 minutes on foot. In this neighbourhood we found everything; markets open until late, pizzerias and taverna with fresh food. Totally recommend it and looking forward to visit this place again next year for a longer stay!
