The facilities and the breakfast were super! I really really enjoyed my staying in the hotel! The staff was just sooo friendly and we had everything we needed and even more! The location is perfect for everything. The room is comfy and I would definitely come back for more holidays.

At this hotel you get the best of both worlds: personal guest experience and well a modern and well equipped hotel. The hotel has up to date facilities and all the comfort you are looking for, but you also feel as a personal guest of the host family who is running the hotel. The breakfast is made by the mother of the family, is different every single day and crafted with a lot of love. After a 5-day-stay the good byes felt really sad

Our room was very clean. The hotel is located in the main street of Ksamil and all the commodities you may need are near. The hotel is managed by a very kind family. They help us a lot in everything we need. The breakfast is homemade and we can request for any toast bread, etc.

The hotels host family was exceptionally friendly and hospitable throughout the entire stay. Their whole family made us feel welcomed each time we returned back to the hotel. The coffee and breakfast each morning was delicious and checkout gift of fresh chai from their aunties farm was the cherry on top of a fantastic stay.

The hotel owners were very attentive and kind. They gave us very good restaurant and beach recommendations. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The location of the hotel was great, within walking distance of nice restaurants and beaches. The breakfasts were very nice. If we come to Ksamil again, we will definitely stay here.

Could not fault it

Could not fault our stay. Such a beautiful and kind family that welcomed us from the minute we got in. Treated to delicious breakfast spread that is home-made every morning to start your day. The location is perfectly situated in town, where you are in the middle of everything, and also away from the noise of the clubs.

Everything, it’s a family run hotel and you can see this coming through in everything they do. The attention to deal and clear love for what they do make the stay a great one. The rooms themselves are spacious and clean and the breakfast is varied each day and has a selection of nice local options to try. The location is perfect as it’s close enough to walk to the beach but far enough away that you aren’t kept up by noise.

We had a perfect stay at the Hotel Sunway in Ksamil. The breakfast was freshly made, varied and delicious, there was something to suit every taste. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, the rooms were cleaned daily and the towels were changed regularly. The location of the hotel was ideal and the rooms were very modern. It wasn‘t loud in the hotel even if it was near the mainroad. The host family was very welcoming and made us feel at home. We will definitely return to the Hotel Sunway.

Family hotel, in which everyone was really kind. Thanks to the guy on the reception we had really great time there: he recommended us nice beaches and places around Ksamil. The breakfast was really great, everywhere was clean and you have everything you need in the rooms. Definately recommend it!

Hotel centrally located, clean, fresh and varied breakfast, own parking, excellent price-quality ratio. The owners, good English speakers, always ready to help with any advice, real tourist guides. We will definitely be back.

Great location and comfortable big rooms. Friendly staff and glad to offer extra help with bus timetables and places to visit etc. Good fresh breakfast with lots of fresh local dishes. Good location to walk to main beaches, bars and restaurants.

The only negative is our short stay, only 4 days. But we will return there for 100%

Amazing family hotel, new small hotel very close to the beach (5 mins by walk). Clean and very nice room, very tasty breakfast on the terrace. But the most important is the staff - everything is managed by the family, owners with their children and they are very kind people, willing to help with everything, making your stay really the great one. I can only recommend this hotel and will return there once will be back in Ksamil.
