The bed was very uncomfortable. The curtains were not blackouts and there was a lot of light in the room in the morning. The sound isolation was very poor and you could hear everything from the hallway.

The staff was friendly. The room was clean. Nice pool. That is not a hotel, but a good bed and breakfast.

The hotel is within walking distance to majority of the beaches but you are away from the noisiness of the beach-front, so the location is great. For the days you do not want to go to beach, pool is right there, always super clean. We had a mix-up with room the first day, but the staff was super nice and everything was solved right the second day. They really did everything to make us happy. We were happy with the recently renovated rooms. Breakfast was very tasty too.

There was a private birthday party starting at midnight at the pool without notice and with fireworks. In the end it lasted not long so this was not a dealbreaker. Breakfast was okay but we missed some fresh fruits.

The pool is very refreshing, nice and clean room. Far enough from the loud center but everything is at walking distance.

This might be my first 10 stars to a hotel. I'm usually very picky about these matters. Owners are pretty good and kind family. They are taking care of everything. Hotel is extremely clean, both inside and outside. Pool is pleasant. Breakfast was rich and good. Location is 10-15 mins walk to every beach. They have sea view from rooms. (not every one of them) They have bar and you may order something to pool. They have Wi-Fi for both pool and room which is really fast. Pool area has a TV.

The breakfast was amazing, except the coffee itself... it should be kept in a thermo. They should make small repairs oftem, like the bathroom hooks, and handheld bidet toilet to keep up the bedroom premium standard

We absolutely loved the hotel. Really nice and quiet swimming pool area, very hospitable and helpful staff and spotlessly clean room. Location is another advantage; 5min walk to the beach or into the town. We were very happy with our stay and we would definitely come back. Strongly recommended!

An amazing place to stay, the room was so nice with all the facilities a great balcony with a nice view also the breakfast was included and was so delicious. I also want to add that the owners were so kind and made us feel like home during our stay.

There wasn’t much we didn’t like. The only thing we would have liked would be more of a kitchen facility but honestly we loved the food is Ksamil so much that it didn’t bother us!

This is a true family run hotel, the hosts are so welcoming and kind, staff are all very friendly. The rooms are cleaned daily up to a high standard and the pool is lovely. The property serves a delicious breakfast each morning (the chocolate croissants are amazing) with a large selection of foods. They also make delicious freddo espressos. the location is perfect, just a 5-min walk to the beach and restaurants. We stayed 7-nights and loved it. Great value for money, highly recommend if you’re visiting Ksamil!

Upon arrival, we were told that our room was unavailable until the next day. We had just travelled 3 hours from Dhermi so you can imagine our disappointment. We were offered a room in the property next door which we had no choice to take. This room however was completely different to what we booked and of much less quality. With no disrespect to the owners of the property, the bathroom was not very clean and no way near worth what we had paid for the room we had booked - with no window or balcony. Further to this when we finally got to go into the room we booked the next day we had only been given a double despite paying for a triple room. On the third and final night of our stay we were kept awake by a very loud party held by the host just below our room by the pool. Normally we would not complain about the noise from the party but following our overall experience as well a dispute about receiving discount we had to leave an honest review. The host argued that we should only receive €15 discount for the booking which cost a total of €275. After much dispute we managed to receive a discount of €45 which we still feel doesn’t cover the loss of the room on the first night, the reduced size of room for the second and final night as well as the lack of respect with regards to noise past 11pm.

A nice pool and seating facility and the room that we booked - which is a point of to emphasise - was lovely. The air con wasn’t the best and the mattress was very uncomfortable.

The rooms were clean and tidy ( especially the soft towels ) , together with the swimming pool and the bar area. Especially, the swimming pool was so cosy after a long hot day at the beach. I also took a swimm at night there. Breakfast was good and enjoyable and the staff was always there to help us. The family who owned this place were nice people and worked very hard so that every guest could feel good and welcomed.

The hotel was perfect clean. It is the place where you can enjoy your stay without any problem. Everything was perfect. Spotless clean hotel, 100% recommend. The owners are very nice and always smiling.. Hope to visit them next year.
