We booked for the private pool but when we arrived, this had been drained. I had checked before booking and the info stated the pool was open until 1st November so disappointed about that. The condition of the property is not the best - sun bed cushions had holes in. A lot of flies around but the staff did their best to repel them.

We were disappointed by our room (#6). We had booked a suite with private pool but neither the room or the pool looked anything like the pictures. The kitchen within the room is equipped poorly and especially the bathroom was not clean at all (stained towels and bed sheets, no shower curtain).

Very good, quiet location right by the sea. The food is delicious and reasonably priced.

The main downside was a lack of cooking/eating utensils - we had to negotiate with the kitchen for use of a knife and some pots and pans. It all arrived, but would have been nice to have a well-equipped kitchen. Also, to be fair the site does say there’s no WiFi, but it was still quite weird not having internet access in such a luxurious place.

Like most of the other reviews I can say that the staff were all very friendly, helpful, positive, and the whole place had a lovely relaxed vibe. The location is awesome, with amazing views, easy access to such beautiful water for swimming and snorkelling, and free sunbeds right by the water. The private pool was clean and nice to relax in day or night. The free parking was nice and overall the room was clean and fresh and nice to be in.

The rooms really require some renovations. Furthermore our private pool was not clean at all. They said it’s because of the fact that they use natural sea water (so also salty)… on our last day their was no coffee and they almost made us pay for some sparkling water (which we asked instead of the coffee) as this was not included in the breakfast…

The location is excellent. You can make free use of the sunbeds provided by the restaurant down at the hotel (near the water), which is very nice. The lady at the reception was very kind.

Safety is priority. Be careful don’t bring kids with you. Witness a girl getting hurt badly at the stairs that led to the sea as the stairs were missing. Also it can be slippery due to the little stones. It is impossible to walk barefoot as you can get hurt either way with slippers or without.

The facilities in the room were lacking, the sliding door could not be closed properly, kitchen utensils were old, the bathroom lacked basic toiletries, and was a little run down.

The hotel is located in a nice secluded area of Qeparo, so it is very quiet and the view is amazing. The staff was very helpful and proactive making sure that we had a great time.

We came as a family of 5, we got 4 beds, we asked a number of times for sheets, we got them at 11 pm, had to sleep on an uncomfortable sofa, with no blanket. Sink in the kitchen didn’t work. We had 1 cup in the kitchen, no pots or kettle or bowls, nothing. We asked, but staff ignored us. They speak limited english. Sofas had cigarette burns marks on in. Blinds didn’t work, No tv in a room. Restaurant on site is crazy overpiced. No public pool, all are private. With little effort this place could be a gem, at the moment it’s only plus is an outstanding location and views.

Absolutely fantastic views from the room. Great place in a quiet location, few minutes away from the main beach. Absolutely awesome spot for swimming, with free umbrellas and sunbeds and sup.

Small things that ca be improved: The shower cab licks and the bathroom covers with water and you may easily slide There was no cleaning service during our stay and no any utility/tools such as mop that we could clean by ourselves It looks that behind the hotel there is an ongoing construction left unfinished, which gives a disturbing feeling Tv is not working A lift could be installed for those that cannot climb some steep staircases

Location is perfect. The sea is one of the best in the Albanian coast. The staff is very friendly and make everything to satisfy you. No mosquitos and flies. The apartment is spacious and with a magnificent view on the bay. The hotel stands alone with no other buildings around that makes it quite and intimate. The green part is well maintained, it looks like a little paradise (for Albanian standards😊)

The internet didn't work.

It's right on a beautiful stretch of the Ionian. They have tons of beach chairs with gorgeous views and easy access to swimming. The restaurant is good, and has stunning views. We had been traveling awhile so really appreciated the washing machine and drying rack. The plunge pool was nice to look at, but because the Ionian was right there we just swam in the sea.

The internet was not working, and the bathroom had many dead bugs in it. There were no blankets on the beds, but fortunately, the heat worked. Keep in mind, though, they didn't know we were coming.

When we arrived, they'd somehow not received our confirmation from the night before. They accommodated us, but I'm not sure if that was the best thing. The view from the living room and master bedroom was gorgeous. The facilities looked amazing if visiting in season, so I would consider coming back.

the standard for such a price was poor. Most of the metal elements of furniture and appliances were rusty, there was no window in bedroom, no cups or glasses and cutlery was mostly incomplete for example there were only three knives of which one was plastic. The entrance door was very difficult to close properly, shades were not functioning and the mosquito net was torn apart. The showers on the beach were also not functioning. Absolutely not worth that money!

Everything else about this place is awful. Their service, they're employees, their customer service, the smell of sewage in our room, the dirtiness of our pool, the stuff fridge door, the broken shower door that was sitting in the room, the lack of a blanket, the lack of a working tv (with no remote), the lack of cleanliness around the entire resort, the torn lounge cushions. There was nothing worth staying here for. We had to leave half way through our visit because of the awful smell of sewage in our room and we are still fighting for a refund after months. DO NOT VISIT HERE

The whole resort is a disaster in terms of actual shape and condition. It’s falling apart and nobody seeems to care about it. Dirty fridge, leaking sink (fixing it was just to replace the pipe!), squiking doors and so on. Private pools with sea water that wasn’t exchanged who knows how long. Ground floor apartments with the pools have a vibe like a morgue a bit

It’s an amazing building, very original in design. Spacious apartments with big windows, most of them with the seaview. Nice private beach and a bar. It has a potential of very luxurious resort that is totally wasted!!!

The rooms were old and dirty, sunbeds were broken, and there was no umbrella provided like the other suites. The pool was filthy. We booked for three people but didn’t get enough towels or sheets. We waited in the rain for our room and received no welcome drink. The red-haired receptionist was kind, but the management was amateur in general. At the beach bar, we waited 30 minutes for coffee, only to be told they had none. Breakfast coffee took another 30 minutes she just told us a harsh ‘Im busy’, breakfast very poor and the doughnuts were rock-hard. The lunch order was messed up by the same girl that was not motivated at all no matter how much ypu tipped her, and no apology was given. There was no WiFi, and beach towels weren’t provided visibly. No room cleaning was done. Overall, not worth the price.

the remote location was lovely—no music, no kids around, and the smell of the pine trees was amazing.
