-Not really comfortable bed -It was cold at night and we were only offered a thin bed sheets, but it wasn't such a big problem -I can imagine that in high season the location could be a bit annoying to many people, since it's right next to all the bars and restaurants that play music until late at night

It was a little hard to walk down to the beach as there was some dirt in the way.

The only thing that tainted our stay was that credit cards were accepted to pay, which I was thankful of as on a two week trip I could t carry around that much cash to pay for every hotel. However on choosing card the staff attitude changed slightly. I understand there is a fee for them accepting credit cards but then just be honest from the outset about preferring cash. They were clearly not impressed i wanted to pay this way. The card was rejected even though there was more than enough money on there, my partners monzo was also rejected and so as they became quite shirty about it I told them to try my debit card which (shock) worked at a hefty transaction fee to me but none to them! On speaking with my bank they have checked and it shows that the original transaction was cancelled by the merchant after the hotel had embarrassed me in front of other guests saying my card was blocked, this was totally incorrect. It shows that they blocked the transaction for credit cards to avoid the fee. Just be mindful that they will throw a fee to you if you chose to pay by card. They shouldn’t even invite this option if they are going to lie about it not working

The property is in a fantastic location and the staff were friendly to an extent. Breakfast was fantastic! All in all a very good stay

Breakfast very basic compare with the other hotel we stayed , a bit overpriced . The owners didn’t speek English at all luckily their daughter was arround sometimes.

It said it was beachfront but it was not! It did have a nice view though. There was no elevator. The noise from the beach clubs continued late at night and felt very strong in the room. The breakfast was medioce. We ended up skipping it.

Room was rather small (suitcase could not be fully opened on floor anywhere in the room) but nice large bathroom and balcony made up for that. Quite pricy compared to rest of Albania. You do constantly hear the music from the Beachclubs on the balcony and also in the room. That said, if you are looking for a quite/relaxed holiday at the beach overall Ksamil is not fo you (at least not in summer). Ksamil is loud and overcrowded, good for partying. In case that is what you are coming for, the hotel is in a perfect close-by spot with amazing views.

Modern room in close proximity to 'Hot Spot' area of Ksamil. Very nice view from balcony (sunset) and plenty of breakfast options. Abundant free parking right in front.

The beach clubs in Ksamil were loud at night and sometimes hard to sleep. But also the curtain in our room was not very effective and we got woken up early by the morning sun.

Bed was a little firm but mostly comfy, bathroom was clean and big - great shower. Breakfast was incredible and the staff were so kind and hospitable. Hotel is centrally located!

The music pumping from the bars goes on until the early hours so there is no way you could have your windows or doors open as the property faces directly that way.

The view from the hotel is beautiful and the bed was comfortable. We felt very relaxed.

The room is very nice and the hosts were friendly. I admit I was so worried to stay there as I saw the reviews on google but I already booked it with non-refundable on booking.com. So, we decided to give it a try. I was worth trying. They might not speak English very well. But that wasn’t a problem for us. I can see the hosts are trying their best to run the business. The room are clean and comfortable as the same in photos. Even it is away from the centre, I don’t recommend expecting a very quiet stay at night. But we loved it as it was the vibe what we wanted for our holiday.

The eggs (omelet/scrambled and fried) in the breakfast were made with way too much oil, but the other options were amazing.

We stayed in the Quadruple room with a single bed, sofa bed, and double bed. The only thing that was missing when we first arrived was a set of linens for the sofa bed, but as soon as we mentioned it, the staff set it up for us! Our sink also had a bit of a clog which made it drain really slow, but otherwise everything was great!

We stayed here for 3 nights and it was the perfect place for us. The hotel is situated so close to one of the beaches, less than a 5 minute walk, which made it super convenient! The room had a great view, the beds were comfortable, everything was very clean, and there was AC which was great considering it got up to 30 degrees during our visit! Our rooms were always made up while we were out, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The breakfast that is included every morning was excellent! We had an assortment of selections to choose from, and they were all delicious; not to mention the view from the dining patio was always the perfect way to start our morning. The location

Difficulty finding it. There was no kettle or tea/coffee maker.

The view was great. The location was good but difficult to find using Google maps and the only signage was frosting on glass verandah so we initially drove passed it. Although there was a language barrier, the host was welcoming.

No opportunity for a late check out which is at 10.30am, no use of facilities after this time. Breakfast order was wrong x2 times (you tick what you want on a list). No safe in the rooms.

Breakfast served was very nice, room with sea view is amazing, especially for sunset! Really short walk down to the seafront where there is a strip of restaurants/bars/clubs/shops for all entertainment. Bakery & Coffee shop just at the end of the road. Really close to Sarande & Corfu for further travels. Bed is comfortable, shower is nice and large & balcony is very good size. Fridge also in the room which was so handy for aftersun & water/drinks.
