Lack of elevator and difficulty carrying suitcases and bags. The breakfast is not very sufficient and tasty. When we asked for black coffee, it was stated that it is not included in the breakfast, and then the employees gave us coffee that did not even fill half of the glass. No free water in the fridge in the room. When I asked for the room to be cleaned on the second day, when I came to the room I saw that my socks were thrown on the floor, and some of the staff don’t speak English.

New and modern hotel. The location is 10 minutes away from the beach and attractions by walk. There is no security problem. Easy to park right in front of the hotel. They provide extra towels, shampoo and toilet paper upon request. Having a balcony in the room is an advantage. Ventilation works well.

The owner was soooo sweet. We had traveled whole night without food and water and everything was closed in ksamil and this gentleman offered us croissants and water 🥺❤️. He has a really good staff as well.

The building was new and modern. The staff was always happy to help and prompt. Location is very good located in the main street close to the beach by walking.

We liked everything

I really liked the hotel. It was very clean, and the staff was very polite. There was air conditioning and the breakfast was good. Next to the hotel there were shops and 6 min walk from the promenade. Unfortunately, we arrived when the pool wasn’t ready yet, but it is in progress. But we will definitely come back!

The hotel was great, clean, modern and nice. The staff was helpful and nice. Parking wasn't an issue. The location was great, near city “center” and near the beach. They will have a pool next year, which will be great.

First things first, this should be a 5-star hotel! The owner and his wife are absolutely amazing and will help you find out anything you need. Everything is modern and CLEAN! The balcony is also a huge plus if you just wanna relax and drink a beer after a long day. It is a quick walk to the beach from here as well. Also there is a supermarket right next door. Great experience, you won't be disappointed!!!

The hotel was newly renovated and looked amazing ! Great eye for detail and lovely design throughout the hotel. Very close to the quieter beach and then the busier side of town is only 5 minute walk. Great location and parking just in front of the property.

The smell in our kitchen. The were appliances for cooking but no pans or plates. Just a few glasses.

The breakfast was ok, staff friendly and ready to help. The two room apartment, with two bathrooms, was perfect for us. We were 5 people. The apartment also had a kitchen. The hotel was within walking distance from the nearest and even best beaches in Ksamil.

a drying rack or something in the balcony would have been comfortable just to hang/dry the bikini.

The hotel is close to the centre of Ksamil just few mins walk and 10 mins walk from Foga beach which I do recommend. There are shops, restaurants and cafes just around the corner. The room was spacious, comfy bed, and clean. Breakfast was good too.

The breakfast was okey but the coffee could have been warmer.

Very kind, welcoming and helpful staff. The room was clean and had everything we needed. I was pleasantly surprised that there was a refrigerator in the room. The room also had air condition and a small balcony. The hotel is not far from the beach and it was very affordable.
