The location is perfect - 5 minutes walking distance from the best beaches and near all restaurants. The hosts were amazing - we arrived very late in the evening and they were waiting for us. They suggested good places for dinner and we're always helpful by providing various advices.

The only thing that might need some attention is shower area as you wet the bathroom when you shower. And would be nice to have a real hair dryer for the ladies.

Great location, the friendliest staff and great breakfast ( fruit, veg, eggs, bread, sweets). Parking at the hotel is a driveway and you leave the car keys with the reception in case he needs to move your car. It’s in a quiet area and close to the action , there is a great restaurant on the right too 1 min away. Waking distance to the beaches too . I would happily stay here again.

This is very personal preference, but the bed was way too soft for my taste

The room was very spacious, clean and with everything we needed, including a small safe. The balcony was huge, perfect to sit there and see a bit of the life of Ksamil. The guy who helped us with the check-in and was around during our time there (I’m not sure if he is the owner) was really friendly and talkative; he even gave us some very useful recommendations. We went there with 3 persons and booked the family room. We were very happy with our stay. The beds slept great and the bathroom was clean. Breakfast in the morning was also terrific. We would definitely want to come back for a second time.

It was perfect.

It is centrally located It is spotlessly clean. The room is large and well lit. The proprietor Arel is kind, helpful and respectful. We needed laundry and for a small fee it was done same day service. There is parking which is very convenient. The breakfast is the best we had in our road trip in Albania. A very good hotel indeed. Would stay again for sure and recommend it to all.

Staff were extremely friendly and made check in very easy. The breakfast was unbelievable with a large choice of local foods/juices and coffee/teas. Situated just a short walk from the beach allowed us to have a small peaceful stay away from the hustle and bustle of Ksamil.

This amazing hotel was absolutely incredible and exceeded all of my expectations. The room was very clean, spacious, with very comfortable beds. The staff deserves more than 10 stars. Very friendly, helpful; they go above and beyond to make your stay the most comfortable and enjoyable. Every morning one can enjoy a very delicious breakfast that offers a wide selection of freshly made food. The location is perfect. A short walk to the beach, restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Will definitely come back and recommend to others.

the owner was super friendly and helpful he had lots of recommendations for me and my friends where to go and what is worth to see. Perfect location if you coming with the bus from Sarandë or leaving for Sarandë, because the bus stop is around the corner. Very helpful staff, Miguel and the receptionist (sorry, forgot the name). Breakfast with a few is super incredible, and the selection of food is very delicious! I really enjoyed it. The rooms are super new and very clean. You can‘t complain at all.
