We were a group of 2 families, and we enjoyed our stay. The owners were exceptionally sweet and we loved the breakfast. The location is close to the beach which is super convenient. The rooms were neat and tidy and the bathroom even had a bidet.

There was some music from across the lagoon, although it was not too annoying and ended by 10. Or we could have closed the doors.

This is a great place. Location is perfect; at least in October, it was quiet most of the time. The hotel is terrific; we stayed 5 nights and although the room is not big, it is very well laid out, with lots of storage space. Do spend the extra for a sea view. We spent much of our time on the balcony. The shower is excellent and unlike many Albanian showers, it does not flood the bathroom. The buffet breakfast is very complete, with eggs, sausages, cheese, burek, tomatoes and cucumbers, fruit, coffee and tea, yogurt and honey, croissants, and bread. Luciano, his mother, and Alix run the place. Luciano speaks perfect English and knows how to do anything that a tourist might need, from tickets to taxis.

The hallways are very echoey so if people are loud you can always hear them from your room.

Possibly the most welcome we have ever felt at a hotel! The staff are lovely and you can tell it was a family run hotel by their passion for making the guests happy. The breakfasts were excellent and the location is ideal, close to the beaches but far enough away to be in the slightly quieter areas. Parking was available and off the road which is a big bonus. View looking out to sea was amazing.

This was a great place to stay. staff were lovely - attentive and friendly. Room had a fab sea-view and was very comfortable. It was the most expensive place we stayed in during our time in Albania, but still very good value, and the relative luxury felt worth it.

Initial booking was on lower level which had direct views into restaurant in front/no beach view. This was easily resolved.

Host family were phenomenal and kind. They upgraded my room as lower levels have direct view into restaurant in front. Extremely helpful with luggage and very accommodating. Great breakfast.

During our stay it was very windy and we could not go for suimming, but this is not a problem of the hotel :-)

The hotel is a family run establishment, and Luciano, the young manager, was very helpful during our stay. The communication was very easy, both in english and greek, before our arrival and during our stay. The existance of private parking is a plus. The breakfast was home made, and had a wide variety to choose. The rooms are well decorated, very clean, and have modern facilities. The view from the balcony was also very nice.

The soundproofing could be improved. You can hear other guests coming and going in the night and also some music from the beach bars when they go late.

Excellent location and a family-owned spot. Easy walk to a bunch of beaches and also to the main restaurants in Ksamil. Lots of parking space and easy access.
