Our stay at the Hotel Lubjana was just perfect. The staff was extremely friendly and took good care of us . We've enjoyed the healthy breakfast and had a lovely view of the sunset every evening. The daily roomservice kept the room clean so that we enjoyed coming back to the hotel every evening. The bathroom was very modern, the shower was great and the mattresses were extremely comfortable. 10/10 recommend!!!! Very great place to stay at!!

Breakfast was chaotic, running out of coffee, not enough cups or glasses provided or replaced quickly enough.

Spacious clean bedroom, comfortable bed, large bathroom with good pressure in the shower. Kettle provided but no tea or coffee. Smart TV a bonus. Very close to beach.

Reception staff slightly not as friendly and pretty European breakfast. Was ok but not per se as we the English are used too. We was fine as we like eggs but for the price very good

There was a kettle in the room, but no plugs available because the cable of the kettle was short so if didn’t reach the table. Even that there is a kettle and mugs, there is no coffee or tea provided.

The property is well located, just 2 minutes walk from the beach and 10 min drive to Durres city centre. The room very spacious and nice. There is free parking available. The staff was very nice and polite. A lot variety of food for breakfast.

Unfortunately the breakfast was not really good, the bread was dry and the eggs where overcooked and the cheese and ham looked dried out.

Lunch box which I got only one time (on my first bus trip), but asked for three altogether. You see, some hotels, if you ask the staff, can prepare something called “a lunch box” if you know you’ll be leaving the hotel on a given day early, that is before the hotel breakfast is served, because, say, you’re going on a longer bus trip and will be back in the evening. That’s exactly what I did three times and they only delivered once. I really don’t understand why they misled me - guys, if you don’t want to do it, simply say so! Just like when I asked you if I could get a wake-up call. You answered, “No, we don’t do it here” and I was fine, really, no hard feelings. At least I knew where I stood with that one. You see, it’s not a problem for me, because I got my breakfast around an hour later after getting on the bus during our first stop at a gas station, but if someone has a medical condition and really *has to* eat at a specific hour because if they don’t, their condition can get pretty serious (I had an acquaintance like that myself, no exaggeration), then I hope your conscience lets you live with it. Just say “NO!” and then your guests won’t bother you anymore if you’re not up for this simple job.

Perfectly located, very neat thanks to the super friendly staff who cleans it each day, nice breakfast every morning, lots of amenities: mini bottles of shower gel, shampoo & body lotion changed every day, toothbrushes, toothpastes, towels, AC, TV (though not a smart one), toilet paper, kettle, drinking glasses, refrigerator… If you’re in need of a taxi (for example, to the airport), the hotel staff also got you covered. Besides, there is an outstanding gentleman playing the keyboard outside the hotel every evening who is the hotel’s signature entertainer and a national treasure. 😀

We are extremely satisfied with the hotel and personnel. We were treated very politely, everything was clean and stylish, and the location is excellent. We totally recommend this place.

The hotel Is beautiful! The rooms are super nice and clean with comfortable beds. Breakfast buffet was very good and the restaurant was amazing. We highly recommend to have dinner there, especially for the seafood pan. The staff was extremely helpful and nice, everyone was smiling and greeting you everyday. Unfortunately during our trip we had an emergency and thanks to the staff, who went out of their way to help us, it turned out ok in the end. We were lucky to be able to prolong our stay with them after this. Thank you to Emilian and his staff :) Will be back in the future!

Open shower makes part of the bathroom wet... in other room setup was more logical. Fried eggs are done to early and too rarely which make them dry and not nice.

Hotel is placed on the main street but you can't hear noise in room if windows are not on the streat. 2-3 minutes walk to the beach, good restaurants and shops. Decent size, clean rooms with nice beds. Average+ breakfasts: almost the same every but partially quite good products. Helpful reception.

One negative. We had the privacy sign on the door and one morning cleaners just entered the room whilst we were still in bed sleeping. Sign was ignored. Breakfast wasn’t that great, minimum items to select from each day and missing basic items such as a toaster for the bread. Juice not always available.

Great location one street behind the beach walk. Very new hotel with spacious room and bathroom. Ample storage room for luggage and clothing. Cute balcony with side ocean view from our room. Air conditioning worked great. Pleasant service from staff.
