Everything was amazing! From the beginning of our stay to the end , all the staff was helpful, organised and very easy to talk too, Every encounter was positive, they always went the extra mile for their customers, Ferhat gaved us advice in places to see and explained everything so clear and well detailed . They made our experience in Albania more memorable. All 4 of us would come back to this Hotel.

Not much to not like here. Maybe having a table lamp beside the bed be a good idea as the switch beside the bed is basically for the whole room lightening. Also more variety of the breakfast will be a good idea. But amazing place and definitely worth a 10 rating

I have travelled a lot, but this has to be the top 3 best place I have ever stayed. I stayed here with my wife to celebrate her birthday in this city and it was an amazing experience. I don't wanna call names of each staffs cos it will do others a deservice because I don't know all their names but ALL the staffs were amazing and smile a lot that it brightens your day. The staffs attends immediately to your needs. They were so kind to pick us up and drop us at the airport at Tirana for a vers reasonable fee. They always dropped and picked us from the beach for FREE, which was also in a walking distance. The basically make your stay more than comfortable. The hotel is super clean and beautiful. Also it's an amazing panoramic view from the roof top and also a nice view from my room. I will definitely visit here again if I ever come back to Golem. Thank you to all the staffs of Hilal place.

The shower floods the bathroom. It drains and dries fast, but still awkward in a small bathroom with a flooded floor.

The hotel is located next to the mosque of Golem. That means that you will have an eatly wakup call for the morning prayer, around 4AM in our case. But doesn't take long and we were able to sleep again afterwards.

Staff was very friendly and helpfull. It's a beautiful hotel and we liked the room and the view. The restaurant is at the 5th floor and provides you with a great view on the city, the sea, the hills.and the mosque. The breakfast was excellent.

I’m not sure, maybe we fit right at the starting of the season, there was not to many people and the breakfast was the same all days, I think it will help if they diversify a bit.

All the personal was amazing, they are very kind, open to help, smiling all the time, young and honest. The hotel is a bit far from beach, but they can take you to the beach if you need/want. They help us to rent a car for a cople of days, without a credit card. In one day, they saw us come with a watermelon and ask me if at the breakfast we didn’t have, I say no and the next day at breakfast they was serving watermelon :) In our experience, the holiday was awesome!

Absolutely beautiful! Wow, the pictures are exactly the expectation, the bed super comfortable, clean and spacious, breakfast was delicious too, I would definitely be coming back and recommending to family and friends. The manager is fantastic, even gave us some tips on what to do in Albania, very helpful!

In comparison to EU, Albania still did not ban an indoor smoking and it is quite a habit here (experienced even in patisserie). Sometimes the quests were smoking at the upper level at the same room where the food is usually served (not at the same time tho). It would be better to have a rule to smoke outside which I believe is the case during season. We were visiting out the season and thus there were just few people accommodated here.

We have come for a week to visit west coast of Albania and spent that week in Golem town. The guys in the hotel were great, very friendly, helped with anything we needed and we had nice chat as well. The breakfast was tasty, not changing a lot but definitely enough (cheese, sausage, eggs, jam, pancakes, tea, coffee, vegetable). The room we got was spacious with 2 desks and we were comfortable working on our laptops. The distance to the shore is about 15 mins (approx. 1.3 km). There are restaurants nearby but you can dine inside the hotel too. The view towards the sea and the town itself is spectacular as the hotel is located on the hill. In general our stay was pleasant and we would come again.

We stayed one night on our way to Sarajevo, and everything was perfect! The room very cosy and big, the bed extremely comfortable and a nice view from the balcony. Since we arrived late, they recommended us a restaurant on walking distance where we had excellent dinner. In the morning the breakfast is served and tasty on the last floor with excellent views to the sea and mountains. Everyone is polite and smiling. We definitely recommend it!

I like everything.

I absolutely enjoyed my 2 nights at Hilal Palace. I moved from my hotel in Tirana to this location just to be close to the beach. It is very serene and quiet. The mountain view was enchanting. The manager and his brother were phenomenal and very kind. They offered to drive me around at no cost if I wanted. My room was the largest hotel room I have ever seen, period. I definitely enjoyed my stay. I will be going back soon.
