We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe room was on the small side but we only stayed one night so it was fine but I think for more than two nights it may be cramped for two people. The hair dryer was fixed to the wall and kept going off every minute or two. Not big issue really but if that’s an expectation you can be aware.
Very central, clean and comfortable. The owner helped us by keeping a parking spot outside for us when we arrived and was happy to print our boarding passes. The breakfast was very nice, good coffee. It was extremely good value for money. The rooms and bathroom were perfectly fine, clean and hot water plentiful.

FranceWhat can be improved is the blinds on the window. Got woken up pretty early since there are no shutters on the window just the curtains. This does not reduce any points for the hotel though!
The super helpful staff and the outstanding location is a highlight for this hotel. The rooms are clean and spacious. Breakfast is good, you’ve eggs and crepes with a a variety of jams.

New ZealandThe fridge made a loud noise whenever it was plugged in so we had to leave it unplugged. There was also no curtain on the window between the bathroom and bedroom, which I would have preferred for a bit more privacy. No one could see into the bedroom or bathroom though.
Very friendly and helpful staff, air-conditioning, we didn't have any noise disturbances from outside. We liked the location, central enough that we could walk to the main areas we wanted to visit, but also not too close to get caught up in too much traffic. We also appreciated the secure off street parking (in a parking garage).
