The bathroom was missing a door in the shower, which meant the floor got very wet. The second bedroom had a window above the bed with no thick blind, waking us up really early due to the light

The wifi doesn’t work well in other rooms. That just ruins everything really. The bed gave me back pain but it’s a good bed just not for me.

Wifi is low, no tea/coffee in the room, parking is a bit far from hotel (200-300 m approximately) and is 5€ per day.

When we arrived and brought to our room, I noticed immediately it was not the room we booked. I saw the room we got but did not pick this because it was not as nice. We gooked the penthouse and did not receive the penthouse. I went back to reception and had a language barrier, showing him the pictures of the apartment we had booked. He shook his head and called the owner. The owner then said there was "a problem with the apartment I had booked". There was no real explaination and I would think this could have been stated before arrival. I mentioned that I saw the apartment online that we were given and it was cheaper. She tried to state it was not and that it was, "the same". I assure you it was not the same as the pictures at all. To remedy, they brought us a bottle of wine. I felt like we were stuck with no other option. Now, I am not saying this wasn't a fine apartment, because it was. It just wasn't what I booked or what I was expecting and what I paid for. So, just be aware, they can switch you to a lesser apartment without communication and there is nothing that you can do. Also, breakfast had its highs and lows. The 1st morning, we came down on the later end of the window and the eggs were cold. Since we were there during shoulder season, there was no buffet, just whatever they brought you. No choices. The 2nd morning was the best. They brought us fresh, just cooked eggs and they were great. The 3rd day was the least appetizing. The eggs were already on the table when we came down and they were ice cold. The rest was the same, juice, some cold cuts with cold cheese, untoasted bread with jams. a small plate of vegetables with feta. Overall, we would give breakfast a 5/10. It was nice to have, but had potential to be so much better. Now, as mentioned, we were there during shoulder season but it was still sunny and warm. The "beach" area was nothing like the pictures.

We loved the view. We loved that the doors opened to make it look like the entire apartment was a balcony overlooking the sea.

The room could be bigger.

We liked the most the friendliness of the employees in the hotel. All of them were so.nice, but Sophia was the best. She invited us to her birthday party and it was amazing.

- the breakfast was good but it kept running out of items and we had to wait. coffee could have been better. - was difficult to put the items from beach bar into rooms bill, had to pay most of the time meaning we had to carry the money

check in experience - sent to room and the cleaner was still there. told 10min but was over an hour. no offer of a drink or anything while we waited 2 hours beyond check in time. cleanliness was not good - dust and wads of hair under furniture dangerous bathroom - tiles not bathroom appropriate and slippery maintenance issues - too many to list! sunbed hoggers!

the location is perfect - away from the busy and noisy boulevard, 1min to private beach very comfortable beds - some of the best I’ve slept on! view from the balcony - absolutely stunning

I stayed at Epirus Hotel for a few days in September, 2021. I found the rooms to be very new, clean and comfortable. The view from my balcony was breathtaking. Employees were doing their best, but they couldn't speak very good English. They tried and did their best though. You could easily walk to the port and promenade, and there are many restaurants around the hotel. I would definitely recommend it!
