There was no house keeping and room service. Restaurant menu only suitable for those who like sea food. But I don't eat seafood and I had to go to near fastfood local shop every time for food. But breakfast was good.

The owner of the property is exceptionally kind. She makes every effort to make her guests happy. She's an exceptional host. The food at the restaurant in the evening is very well prepared. One the best places that I've tried in Albania.

Not as I expected. They gave us a room with a blue bathroom that was not in the pictures and that was little and not comfortable, there was no bidet, there was only a big towel but the reservation was for 2 people, no one at the reception on arrival, we called someone on the phone but still after waiting we called someone from the restaurant for the check-in.

Unprofessional staff, problem solving doesn’t exist. They treat you how it may more convenient for them not for the customer. You don’t get buffet breakfast, because they don’t have enough customers and the ones they have are not good enough to offer what they have in the pictures. You get the same breakfast every day, no one asks you, do you eat the stuff or not. Also you need to wait the breakfast about 30minites, no one even tells you about that - just say take a seat and that’s all. Manager promised us after first breakfast that okay, tell me what you would like and I’ll get it - he only says it but doesn’t deliver. After he excuses that he didn’t see you at breakfast to offer these things. On third day, when manager had promised us fruits and something to put on bread for two days already, the waiter said it’s not possible. I asked to see the manager - waiter said he’s not here and walked away. About 20min later they brought some yogurt with jam and fruits.I know smoking in Albania is allowed everywhere but still, when we are having breakfast and the waiters are smoking in table next to you, in the meantime serve some food and have their own breakfast at the same, being very loud, it’s not normal. Also one waiter/owner I guess, kept yelling at cleaning lady in front of customers. Shows exactly their attitude towards others. Beach view rooms have crappy bathrooms with mold. Shampoo is in big bottle and half full, so you don’t know who have used it and how before. Bring your own bottles! Beach is dirty, didn’t get a chance to have a swim. although 600m to the left from the hotel is clean beach, use that.

The facilities, basic room with no facilities, def not a 4* property! We were locked out of the room and there was no reception stuff to replace/recharge the key. Breakfast extremely basic, everyday you have to go and beg to be served a breakfast and ask for simple things like a coffee-not buffet breakfast as advertised…rude staff not there to serve your needs or even say hello, constantly not manned reception…no toiletries in the shower…poor service

Doesn’t deserve 2 stars I booked sea view room with balcony and upon our arrival the reception told us it’s not available and all are occupied and we were only 3 families in the breakfast and hotel with empty and he asked us to change the hotel if we are not taking the regular room also rooms is not clean and will never come back to this hotel
