Perfect location, 1 min to Saranda beach. Very neat and quiet location but we mainly liked the host. She treated us like her own kids, we had to leave early before they serve breakfast and she made us come and have breakfast at our ideal hour. Apart from that she gave us some food with us for our long trip we had. will definitely come again! Thanks to the host (apologies I forgot the name)

The hot tub didn't seem to actually get hot. The cleaners kept leaving the window open and the AC was turning off so we would come back to a hot room. The final full day of our stay, the cleaners did not come and replace our towels etc.

All the food in the restaurant was delicious and great portions for the price. Room was stylish and comfortable and the staff were extremely attentive and helpful. Beach was on our front step.

The location was great - a short walk from the port. The hotel facilites were new and clean and easy access to the ocean with free beach chairs. The staff were also lovely - Aris and his family are very helpful!

Incredible views from balcony and perfect location just a short walk from the ferry terminal if you are arriving into Sarande from Corfu. The breakfast was excellent - the best we had in Albania! Maria is a kind and attentive host, she made us feel very welcome and the other staff were also very helpful.

Everything was great. The staff is amazing: everyone is always concerned with you, making sure you are having a good time. The hotel is very clean and it’s in a very good location. Parking is not exactly in spot, but they have a free private parking that the owner made sure to take me there and it’s indeed very safe.

Its located down a hill, so you have to carry your luggage up and down when you’re entering and exiting which is a bit challenging

I’m not a fan of pebble beaches. With proper footwear of course it’s OK.

The owners: Maria & her husband are very involved in all aspects of the property, from checkin to the restaurant/bar below the rooms. Maria’s breakfast is delicious (& filling)! Maria has a gentle energy & a ready smile as she genuinely loves being your Host. And she truly cares that your needs are met, so that you enjoy your stay. Location: Overall it’s good. A medium walk from the Ferry/Port. ~20 min. Note: The sidewalks are “in progress” as is much of that common city infrastructure, so your roller-bag will have a very bumpy journey. (I recommend you use the road, watching for the speeding e-scooters etc) Easy walk to restaurants & shops. Room: Very tastefully decorated with new furniture & bathroom fixtures. Lovely atmosphere. View onto their shared private beach (pebbles). AC works great!

Leaving from this hotel We would have loved to stay longer

Everything was perfect during our stay. The FOTOS family was lovely and took care of us in the best way. The food was brilliant, with various traditional homemade dishes for breakfast and fresh items from the menu. The view from our room was great, and the beach access straight from the hotel was a fantastic bonus. Highly recommended for your stays. Thank you again for everything. The place is located in a more calm area of Sarandë, very nice. The room is all new and decorated with care. Maria and her husband are really sweet and very nice. They welcome us like friends. The food is outstanding. Every day there is a surprise in the breakfast not to mention the food we had for dinner. I strongly recommended this lovely place. Thank you

Smart family run establishment, rooms spacious with modern and clean themes, staff efficient friendly and customer focused, with eye on detail. Hosts genuine and lovely. We stayed for 7 days and lived on the hotel sun beds 20m out front of cafe. (Two rooms - party of 3). Triple room with spa and double room w private balcony - pictures are current) Breakfast included in room price and served daily home made fresh pastries, cake, bread, fruit, yoghurt, eggs and bacon. Espresso, filtered coffee, teas and juices. Afternoons spent people watching and island gazing from room balcony. Downtown sarande a short walk away for pick of bars night-life and places to eat.

Everything was PERFECT!

This is THE hotel! I’ve never had such a pleasant stay in my life. The room is great, nicely decorated, and very spacious with everything you need! The balcony to the sea has a spectacular sunset view. The shower pressure was awesome! Bed was very comfy as well! 24/7 parking is easy in the adjacent streets. Now, let me tell you about the BREAKFAST! OMG! The hotel is family owned by a couple, Mimosa Maria and Themistokli. Mimosa is a chef and makes fresh breakfast every morning with different food every day! Coffee, juice, typical pastries, eggs, bacon, sweets, cakes…The cakes, omg the cakes! I would go to bed excited for breakfast the next day. There’s also a restaurant with a lunch and dinner menu. The beach is small but great because there aren’t many people. The location is awesome, far enough from the crowds but still a walking distance by foot. Make yourself a favor and book this hotel, you will not regret it. We initially had it for 3 nights but added an extra one because of how amazing it was! I usually never leave reviews, but this place deserves EVERY compliment. Thank you Mimosa and Themis for making our stay unforgettable. Can’t wait to be back! I left feeling like I made new friends!

The beach is pebbly and quite steep (water shoes recommend) and there was some trash. Some more hooks for towels would be nice in the back room.

Maria is the sweetest host and an excellent chef. She spoiled us with a very elaborate and varied breakfast every day. The place itself is cozy and clean.

This is a beautiful small boutique hotel with its own private beach area. It’s spacious, stylish and spotlessly clean, in a quiet location but just 10 minutes away from the port and main promenade . The owners ensure your stay is special - A lovely couple who look after you like a family member going over and above . The breakfasts are plentiful and cooked to order and we also had dinner there one night which was just delicious . If in Sarande, stay at this property !

Everything was done to a high standard. Felt very luxury. Great value for money. We had the first room next to the reception desk. It was quiet, soundproof and cosy. Customer service was amazing. They were caring & considerate. We had club sandwiches here and breakfast and it was all absolutely delicious. If you are looking for a little beachside resort in sarande, YOU NEED TO COME HERE!
