Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The lady running this place is such a delightful soul. She was so very kind and sweet and always answered our messages promptly when we had a question. The building is decorated with stunning artwork which I'm told belong to a late relative of the owner. Some of them should be in a gallery! The appartment itself is quite artistically detailed and at night you could hear the nightingale birds singing away...unfortunately the road is also audible but it wasnt too loud. There was free drinking water available in reception too and it was very close to the beach. Loved our stay!

The location is good, there are plenty of stores and restaurants nearby, and the beach is just a few minutes away. There is also a nice garden with parking and the place is pet friendly.

The employees are very friendly and immediately after booking they gave us all the necessary information on how to find the place. The apartment was clean and tidy and looked just like the pictures. Near the accommodation there are all the necessary facilities, and the beach is a few minutes away.

SlovakiaThe local roud to the apartment is in very bad condition, and it is a dirt road. We stayd there one night and late in the evening there was no water approx. until 8 o'clock next morning.
The apartment is clean and well- equipped. The host is very kind, but we communicated only on booking and the Viber. Parking space in the yard. The beach is near to there.

PolandThe bed could have been more comfortable. It's big and new but I am not a fan of spring mattresses. Surroundings are a bit dirty as there is an empty field and some rubbish but that's just like many places in Albania and it didn't bother us much and you don't even go this way when you leave for the beach/center.
The apartment we had was really spacious and comfortable, beautifully decorated with wooden elements looks even better than photos. Everything was clean, kitchen well equipped so we were able to make dinner. We really felt like home there! With windows open we didn't even need AC (which is available of course) it was airy and fresh and there are mosquito nets so no problem with that. Location is good if you want to be close to the beach, there is a shortcut to go straight to the beach literally 2 minutes walking. We stayed just one night while traveling through Albania but we wished we stayed longer. And yes, the road is bumpy as other guests mentioned but it is just a few hundred meters and totally doable in any car. Also wifi works great and no problem parking a car in front of the building. Great contact with staff before arrival with details on how to get to the place.
