Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomWe were told the restaurant was open until 10pm. We arrived at 9.30pm and saw people eating nice pizza, so tried to order pizza, but alas, we were then told the pizza chef had finished for the evening. Devastated!
Hotel was high quality with large room, large bathroom and a very powerful shower. Beds were comfortable and the pool was clean and pleasant, WiFi good. Considering it is 3 minutes walk from the airport terminal I did not notice any noise from planes which was an unexpected bonus.

Great and friendly service! Walking distance to airport so was great for an early morning flight. Friendly staff, clean and big comfortable room. We got upgraded to a family room with lots of space, just a pity we had to leave early. We were even provided with a breakfast at 2am. Nice dinner at restaurant.

United KingdomReally quite difficult to find a flaw, once we figured out the air con it was fine, being really picky the bed was super soft rather than my usually slightly stiffer mattress, but still got a great night's sleep.
Located literally across the road from the airport. It was clean with efficient and friendly staff, and the hotel shuttle service to take you back to the airport saved carrying luggage over. The big bathroom was brilliant too, much to our surprise.

Room 303 fabulous large room with windows on 3 sides. Comfy bed , enormous bathroom split in 2 with bath and two showrers and 2 sinks. Excellent buffet breakfast . Friendly staff. Good swimming pool with plenty of sun beds and sun brollies. Very close to airport. 5 mins walk.

The only downside was having to leave early for my 6.30am flight. It would have been nice to enjoy the breakfast that is included. It's incredible that the hotel is a 4 min walk from Departures at the airport. So convenient for such a fair price!!
