Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomReally quite difficult to find a flaw, once we figured out the air con it was fine, being really picky the bed was super soft rather than my usually slightly stiffer mattress, but still got a great night's sleep.
Located literally across the road from the airport. It was clean with efficient and friendly staff, and the hotel shuttle service to take you back to the airport saved carrying luggage over. The big bathroom was brilliant too, much to our surprise.

Room 303 fabulous large room with windows on 3 sides. Comfy bed , enormous bathroom split in 2 with bath and two showrers and 2 sinks. Excellent buffet breakfast . Friendly staff. Good swimming pool with plenty of sun beds and sun brollies. Very close to airport. 5 mins walk.

The only downside was having to leave early for my 6.30am flight. It would have been nice to enjoy the breakfast that is included. It's incredible that the hotel is a 4 min walk from Departures at the airport. So convenient for such a fair price!!

Room was incredibly spacious and modern. Complimentary cookies and water. The bathroom was huge. Lots of amenities. Breakfast was also very good the next morning, lots of options. Despite being right near the airport, we didn't hear any planes.

Wardrobe doors falling off already, as too were the towel rails/hooks (which had already been re-positioned). Curious why a new bathroom has a huge double vanity basin - yet absolutely no space on which to place everyday bathroom items
Location is excellent for this new building. Rooms were a good size and reception efficient and helpful. Restaurant was great value with a wide range of food styles. Comfortable beds and quality linens. Great reception staff.
