The people where serviceminded, helped us with everything we needed and asked for. They helped with luggage to the room, driving the luggage to the airport and packed breakfast bags for early breakfast. The rooms are nice, good size and modern. Nice for both work and leisure. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you. 😊

It was a small lack of promptness on the part of the hotel reception, which although previously confirmed the transfer from the airport to the hotel, at the time of our arrival late at night, no one was waiting for us. I called the reception and the little surprised young lady checked and confirmed that the car would be sent. But not having the net and not knowing the meeting place, we waited for some time, in order to finally start the game with quite heavy luggage. Luckily, the hotel is about 8-10 minutes from the airport. Arriving angry at the reception, the smile of the receptionist and the explanation that the car was waiting for us in another place (although this place had not been communicated to us when we called) made us overlook everything. Otherwise, the cleanliness, the size of the room, the facilities, the breakfast, the politeness of the employees was a 10, which made us give the maximum mark.

Very large and clean room. The bathroom had a shower and tub, the beds were super comfortable and the curtains made the room nice and dark. Also the little soft play area was a big hit with our toddler.

Stayed here twice on my recent trip to Albania so that I could be close to the airport. The staff were friendly and efficient and the rooms were clean and comfortable and fairly large. I ate at the restaurant and the food and service were excellent.

This is probably the best hotel close to the airport. It is the perfect overnight stay if you arrive late at the airport or need an early flight. We were upgraded to a Junior Suite, and the room was enormous, with views of the runway. It was very hot when we arrived so a swim in the pool was a bonus. Overall a very good airport stay.

Excellent hotel very close to Tirana airport (5' walk) in which we spend one day because of our early morning flight. Rooms were very spacious and clean, equipped with the biggest shower and flat TV I have never seen. Nice and appreciated playing kid area at the second floor and swimming pool. Sauna also was available on demand but I didn't find the time to test it. Internal high quality restaurant. Hotel staff was extremely kind and helpful: they promptly give us ice when our kid fallen down, they supported us with information and printed our boarding cards.

The A/C kept kicking itself back up to a higher temperature, so the room wasn't at the temperature we wanted. The hot water wasn't as hot as we would have liked.

The pool was absolutely disgusting. I wouldn’t even let my kids go in. And the air conditioning didn’t work in our rooms so we were unable to sleep.
