They had a nice rooftop bar where you could sit drinking with great views of the surrounding area. The staff were very friendly and helpful, nothing was a problem. The bed gave a good relaxing sleep.

Well we went out on a Friday night and once we e got backed we found a bit difficult to park Also the air conditioner turned off during night without being programmed.

We had a lovely time at this hotel. The staff prepared a decoration in our room due my wife’s birthday, she loved. Also the hotel spotless clean. The hotel tower that they offered to the beach smelled really good. All the staff were helpful but one stand up, her name Ilda (not sure if I wrote correctly) from the reception went above and beyond with her hospitality. She made us a lovely breakfast early morning as we left the hotel. Also remind all the details from our arrival. Personally thank you to make our trip more enjoyable. Definitely we would stay at this hotel if we come back to Vlorë

Clean, beautiful, amazing view. The breakfast was delicious and the view was amazing. Staff was great and accomodating. The location was also great.

The property was clean, beautiful and in a great location. The interior design was modern and the aesthetics of it was pleasing to the eye. Location was spot on, you could walk along the promenade and to the different restaurants. The view was spectacular. We had a gorgeous sea view while having breakfast. There was 6 of us and each of us had a place to sleep ( comfortable at that).

The windows of the shower were visible to the bed. Little privacy needed.

Very good location. The roof top restaurant made my morning better . The view is amazing. So my breakfast was so exciting. Even though I waked up late for my breakfast they didn’t let me pay extra they said its fine. It’s very clean, they changed towels and cleaned my room every day. They gave me clean towels for the beach every day. The sun bed was included the parking as well. So excellent. On the front is the beach just across the street. There is beautiful restaurants called Gjurma. Loved all and thank you so much to the staff for that kindness I received from them and smiles.

The only two drawbacks were sound related. There's another hotel being constructed next door and the earth moving machines would start digging dirt at 8:00. Also, we were on the 4th floor, just under the breakfast tables and we could hear chairs scraping the floor starting at 7:30, when breakfast opened. Earplugs helped some, but not completely. We solved for this by adding white noise and trying to go to sleep a little earlier. Overall, the benefits of the hotel far outweighed the noise issues.

Amazing! We stayed in the Deluxe Family Room with Sea View and it was perfect for the four of us. The front bedroom with double/king bed had its own bathroom and a balcony overlooking the water. The back bedroom (which is where you entered from the hallway) had two single/twin beds and a separate bathroom. We were able to shut a door between the bedrooms. The double/king bed was one of the most comfortable beds we've slept in around the world and the pillows were soft. The breakfast buffet upstairs each morning was fantastic: eggs (fried and scrambled), various bread/rolls, croissants, pancakes with Nutella, sausages, cheese, strawberries, cucumbers, bell peppers, and more, plus espresso drinks upon asking. We used the fifth floor as an indoor/outdoor living room, sitting up there with our laptops long after breakfast ended. The view was phenomenal and we felt at home. The staff overall was so nice and helpful. The hotel is at the end of the promenade, so it's a bit of a walk to the main area, but we found it enjoyable and very safe, even at night. You can also find closer restaurants. We will absolutely return.

I didn’t dislike anything, only wish there were more options at breakfast and that they have a clothes iron in the room would have been nice!

It was clearly a beautiful new hotel with gorgeous view from the room. Very clean, comfortable beds! Breakfast on the roof top was a great idea. We did eat mostly the same things every day though. Also to note: the hotel does not have a pool. That pool next to it in the pictures it called Crystal beach. It was a 10/10 but you need to pay per day/use.

- Not really on the hotel, but I think there could have been some more offers around trips, tours and activities in the area and region. My suggestion would be to team up with a tour organizer in the area and showcase their offers to guests. That being said, we loved the area and our stay
