Leaving, leaving, leaving

We loved every thing about Baven-Toven Naturae. We are touring Montenegro and Albania on bicycles, staying in lots of different sorts of accommodation and this has been our favourite. It was not the easiest of locations to access on a bicycle but Biron came down the hill in his car and took our panniers and even offered to come back and collect us and the bikes but we walked up and it was worth the climb. It is stunning, so peaceful. We booked the small house and it is small, Biron offered us the biggest chalet for no extra charge but we just loved the location of the little house. We stayed three nights there and to truly appreciate the location it is worth staying more than one night. We did two lovely walks directly from the house, one with Biron and Jessie, their cute dog, to a waterfall, more of a scramble than a hike, where we could swim and another walk going towards a church perched high on the hill. There are 3 or 4 restaurants within walking distance but we just enjoyed the lovely food offered by the family. So much lovely food. We loved that when we woke up in the morning we could hear the sound of the river from below. We loved sitting on the sun loungers in the afternoon, chilling, listening to the sounds of nature. Thank you very much Biron, your mum and the lovely lady who did all the cooking, we absolutely loved our stay.

Such a lovely place, and welcoming staff. Definitely a perfect place for a peaceful getaway. In the middle of nature, and fresh air, amazing feeling!! Amazing facilities and Looooved the breakfast. Highly Recommend!!

The roads around the area are a little daunting if you are not used to driving in Albania, if you take them slow and steady they are ok though.

You are in a lovely area, the mountains surround you and there are lots of walks to go on and many interesting things to see. A great spot for nature lovers. The pool is from mountain spring water and although not crystal blue it is lovely and refreshing and you don't smell of chemicals. The owners are lovely people and offer tasty meals You have a mix of nationalities going here and everyone is talkative, it makes for a nice atmosphere. We will be going back 100%

Beautiful location with stunning view, very friendly host (family) and delicious dinner & breakfast. Also we found out at Berat that we forgot our wallet and the host offered to drive to Durres (half way), where we met. You can’t imagine how grateful we were with this very kind gesture and that shows how contributed the host is to serve his guests the best service ever. Again, many thanks for your support!

We stopped here spontaneously and found the best getaway from everyday life. Amazing nature and adorable hosts. We felt like home. Our kids specially loved the pool, the dogs and the shooting stars at night. If we come back to Albania we'll make sure to visit this special place again.

Wonderful family run establishment. The hosts went above and beyond to make sure guest were taken care of. Rides and hikes to local waterfall swims. The breakfast and dinner were phenomenal. Very abundant and fresh food. This place is a big hug.

Stayed for 2 nights, loved it so much, highly recommend staying here. We felt so relaxed and welcomed. Food was delicious and the hosts were helpful and friendly. Beautiful surroundings, we walked in the forest and swam in waterfall pools. Idyllic. I was slightly daunted by the off-road drive up to the property but it was actually fine!

The views are wonderfull. clean air. Clean water. the family that run it do a fantastic job you can relax close to nature and enjoy fresh food and local produce. We went on a trek up to the waterfall. with a guide this was a great experience. They will organise and help you as much as you want. A very nice place tó relax. Ím sure we will come back

We had such a lovely stay at Baven Toven Naturea. Only got to stay for one night but we wished we could have been there longer! Bajron and family are perfect hosts and very friendly. Food was very good and we got to taste homemade honey and grappa. Thanks for everything!

We stayed 6 nights with this warm family. Good stay with beautiful nature. Dinner and breakfast were very tasty and cheap, we always had our bellies full. There is air conditioning in the rooms that works perfectly, and you can also cool down in the swimming pool. Bajron, Tonini, Mimosa and the whole family are super hospitable! We were allowed to use the car or Bajron did small errands for us. We will definitely come back.

Nothin. Even the beds were perfect !

This place is magic on earth. The family is the sweetest people you will ever meet and will do anything and everything possible to make you enjoy yourself. We came with 2 small children and truly felt like we had moments to relax because they even helped keep an eye on them and entertained them. We went for an adventure to the waterfall and they helped us the whole way and watched our oldest. We were planning to leave after 3 nights but decided to stay for an extra because of how lovely this place is. There’s a reason they have perfect reviews ! I’ve never left a review before in my life but I couldn’t not for them. 12/10!!

The Hosts were the most lovely family that welcomed with open arms literally warm hugs all round and I have a new brother and Momma in the most Beautiful part of the world you must see it to believe it. We are already planning our next trip to this same place. We went to see where the (Delicious Montana) Mountain water is sourced from one day. Then they took us on an amazing trip up river to see a lovely waterfall we could swim in I was drinking from the river it was good. a Beer and some food provided great value as well. the food was delicious every day we didn't need to go anywhere. We have found new heaven we love this place, The pool is nice fresh mountain water in peaceful mountain garden

The guesthouse is fully immersed into nature. Apartments are new and clean. The family who owns the business is really nice and available. I arrived late at night and one of the owners helped me bringing the car to the guesthouse as the road might be a bit difficult (quite steep) if it's night. Then I got offered a snack before going to bed (cheese, bread and beer). Breakfast is delicious. Everything is locally produced and tastes amazing. Stop in here! I definitely recommend.
