United StatesOnce I got there they said they could only take cash. When I did check out they charged me extra as a "booking fee", which was not listed at all on the website. I would have booked elsewhere had I known about extra charges. They don't offer any food except for their delicious breakfast, you have to drive/walk elsewhere to find food for other meals.
Very nice corner room and a safe place to store my bicycle. Great breakfast and friendly staff.

United KingdomThe room we had booked (family room) was not ready on our arrival. We didn’t have to wait long but once prepared, the room didn’t feel very clean. There was dust on the floor and a good layer of dust on the furniture, a hole in the bedsheets etc. The cleaning really lets an otherwise great hotel down. Payment - the hotel accepts cash only. We had no euros or Albanian lekes on us. Thankfully, the hotel accepted payment in British pounds. This seems to be the case in many places in Albania and it’s worth asking for payment in pounds - after a couple of tries we were able to purchase petrol using pounds too. Noise - the hotel is located directly on the motorway which is great if you need a quick stopover but also means quite a lot of noise as the family room’s windows face the road.
Secure parking at the back (drive in through the gate on the right), we were able to leave the luggage in the car. Breakfast - no buffet but breakfast was nice and generous (some orange juice, croissants, bread, plenty of jams, butter and honey, omelette, sausages, cheese, tomatoes, cucumbers and in addition to that, cereal for the children). Staff - very friendly and polite Layout of the “superior family room” - a main entrance with a small entrance hall and two connecting, spacious rooms), toiletries etc. provided

SpainPlease… the first advice is: don’t trust in those Booking hotel photographies. And about my experience, some issues: we needed Wifi and the signal was very very low and failed a lot… and about the TV… it doesn’t works in my room… i told with the manager both problems and he just said that it was because of the bad weather. The breakfast was really poor… i don’t recommend this hotel unless you don’t have another choice and i really don’t understand the good reviews. Very bad value for your money.
The room was big and the bed very comfortable, very quiet for sleep and rest, if you are travelling by car is a good hotel for a quick stop.
