The shower always flooded the bathroom, however, we found this in most our accommodation in Albania. We got a funny look when we asked how far it was to walk down to the beach from the hotel. Turns out, its actually less than a mile, but there's no path so you walk on the main road. Nevertheless, we did this walk every day and one day extended it along the coast to Himare (which was lovely).

Run by a lovely Greek family who work very hard for their guests. We really enjoyed both evening meals at the restaurant, watching the sunset. Our room balcony offered gorgeous views, too. The room had a fridge, air con, and a bed, so we were happy.

This is the best apartments in the area! The hospitality is amazing as well as the view! We had parking and the beach was 3 min by car. Such a great stay I want to go back sometime. We had dinner at the restaurant and that was the best we had in Albania!

Stunning views, great room, cozy atmosphere in the gardens and the restaurant. We loved it there, the view is amazing. It's close to the beach, by car only 10 minutes. The food was so delicious and we got a complimentary dessert.

Breakfast could be improved. We missed an expresso and there are no other options to replace milk, such as soya or oat milk. However, we had no problem going to the supermarket, buying some and delivering it to the kitchen.

Bedroom doors could be better isolated from insects. Bathroom needs an additional shower door (one door shower is common in Albania).

Fantastic view over Livadh beach. Staff is helpful and always available. Good breakfast. Comfortable and fully equipped room. Good value for the money.

The room was on the small side, but still nice and clean. Definitely necessary to have a car, wouldn’t recommend staying here without one as it’s up quite a steep hill from the beach!

I don't have anything negative to say towards this hotel.

Loved it. Only stayed for one night, as we were heading for sarandë. We want to come back and stay for several nights in the future. Lovely people, views, food was sublime, and the list goes on. Very laid back environment.

The location is not so great, as you are on the top of a hill and will need to drive curvy roads to reach a beach place or anything other than the restaurant at the hotel.

The restaurant view, food and staff are really amazing. Ohh, what a food! The shower water pressure was just perfect! Room was spacious with potent air conditioning.

Beach not at walking distance (about 2km), by car difficult to find parkingspots (aspecially in the weekend).
