Nice place, not very close to the centre yet within walking range from main restaurant and beaches. Rooms are large, clean and well furnished. They include also a small kitchen and a balcony. Good breakfast, even if choices are quite limited on the sweet side. Staff is very friendly. After all, very good value for money.

While we really enjoyed the food, we found that the options were primarily centered around eggs. After a five-night stay, a bit more variety would have been appreciated. Perhaps adding a few additional choices could enhance the breakfast experience for future guests.

- Very attentive and helpful staff, they helped us with beach recommendations, planning and getting cabs - Daily cleaning of the rooms, everything always clean and spotless. Very comfortable room with air conditioning and balcony - Breakfast was included in the booking, very tasty! - Very interesting location, 10-15 minutes from the beaches and with plenty of stores nearby (market, restaurant) Very familiar and welcoming atmosphere, I highly recommend it!

Everything was fine but the breakfast needs a bit more variety. It's mostly eggs with a few exceptions. We were unlucky and our air conditioner broke on the last day of our stay so it was a bit hot, but that was fine.

The staff were very welcoming and kind. They were communicative and provided us with everything we needed. They cleaned the room daily. Peacefull place where you can rest well.

It was just AMAZING!! Best place we could have stayed at. Everyone was perfect, extremely clean and comfortable! The best of all was the staff, it is a family owned business and they are the most caring, nice and great people we could have asked for. Definitely the best option in Ksamil!!

The apartments are a family run business. The family are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are modern and clean with air conditioning. The location is perfect with a short walk to the beach and restaurants. It’s also in a nice quiet area. Perfect for families. Breakfast was fabulous with a some local breads and home made jam, melon and a number of a la carte options. Perfect for families.

Very friendly and helpful family owners. Nothing was too much trouble. Helpful with suggestions about where we could visit. Breakfast was great. Also ate 2 x evening meals here which were delicious. We would visit again.

Doesnt have anything to do with the hotel, but it is good for people to know. All the beaches are privatized, and you cannot simply place a towel, you have to pay for the sunbeds and umbrella. The closest one is the Sunny Hill Beach where two sunbeds and an umbrella were 15e or 1500 lek (all)

Everything was great. The food, the people, just amazing. The family is in charge of the place, they prepare different food every day. For Breakfast, you can choose from the menu and it is a very rich breakfast always different dinner with salad/soup, main dish and dessert. Our tire was flat the first day and they helped us instantly, and made the entire stay very pleasent. Great people! Recommend!

We had absolutely lovely stay in this hotel. It is family run and owners are amazing and so kind. They helped us with everything, told us where to go, helped us with broken car. Breakfast is great and rooms spacious. Definitely recommend!

One of the best accommodations I have experienced, the staff were very helpful, friendly and informative. The building was new and the rooms were clean and tidy. The facilities were always clean, the maid came every day to clean the room which is always welcome. When we came back from the beach, the room was always clean. In the kitchen we had all the basic accessories you might need for food preparation if you want to cook your own meal. The food in the restaurant was very tasty.

Everything was perfect. The owner is very friendly and helpful. The hotel and rooms were clean, towels and bed sheets changed regularly. Hotel is close to the beach but simultaneously in the quiet area. Delicious breakfasts just like mom's.

Location is less than 10 mins walk from Ksamil beach and from nearby grocery shop. Butrint UNESCO park is less than 10 mins drive there is a good bus route connecting Butrint -ksamil-saranda. Very friendly family run business very welcoming and hardworking family
