Bed was too hard for my liking, only fault I had.

Staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. Location good. Breakfast was excellent. Spotless hotel. Room and bathroom were beautiful and spacious

We loved this hotel! The staff was incredible, friendly and helpful! The location was excellent, a bit away from the party scene. The sunset view from our room was beautiful. The bathroom was a nice size. The staff was kind enough to let us sample raki!

I liked everything

The Hotel had an elevator which was really helpful. The hotel staff was helpful and they made us feel really great during our stay. The Hotel had enough parking space for our car. The view was great in our room. Sarande town is preaty close and Bistrica beach is also very close to the hotel.

Thw only down side was the fridge which was quite noisy and we just unplugged it. But other than this minor thing, everything was excellent.

We were greeted by the hotel staff, who helped us with the luggage and gave us bottles of cold water. They were very nice and supee helpful throughout our stay. The room was very spacious and the bed was comfy. Even if it seems quite close to the main road, we did not hear any noise from outside. The breakfast was also nice in the mornings.

Everything was amazing.

The staff were the highlight of our stay. Such friendly and helpful young people. The room was clean and comfortable with beautiful sea view. Breakfast buffet was very ample and delicious. The location is a bit far from the centre of town so a bit more quiet with a lovely public beach just across the road. We'd highly recommend staying here!

The room was nice, big and clean. Parking space for free in front of the hotel. Breakfast was great, and the personal very nice and very helpfull. The location also very nice, many possibilities of trips around to find beatifull places. I recommend this place for your holiday, definitely we are comming back for sure. Maybe a swimming pool in the hotel would have made it better.

The breakfast was great, many things to choose from. One great thing was that the members of staff were always very kind and helpful, assisting with everything and giving us valuable suggestions for places to go during our stay. Also, the beds were comfortable.

A beautiful hotel with amazing staff. Every inch of the hotel is spotless and you have this incredible sea view. Rooms get cleaned daily and they have a laundry service too (don’t find many of these in Albania) The staff can’t do enough for you, always greeting you with a simile. We loved the hotel and wonderful stall and would highly recommend this place to anyone considering to stay here. It’s a nice and quiet and away from all the hussle and bussle from the very busy centre. Lovely breakfast too.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The woman at the reception, who was also present during breakfast, went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect—always attentive, kind, and ready to assist with any request. The gentleman at the reception was equally outstanding; he was always helpful, answering all our questions and providing support whenever needed. The entire team was consistently cheerful and responsive, which made a huge difference. The hotel’s location is fantastic, just a stone’s throw from the beach and situated in a very tranquil area. Breakfast was a highlight, offering a wide variety of choices to suit every taste. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding service and prime location 🥹☺️

Agel is a lovely and clean hotel located away from the crowded center of Sarande, offering a delicious breakfast with a diverse selection. The hotel has a nearby beach, along with many restaurants, bars, and markets. We enjoyed a fantastic view from the balcony. The staff is very young but extremely polite and helpful.

The hotel location is just near the excellent Bistrica beach. The Mango beach is also very close, but we like Bistrica beach more because its natural look. There is nice bar with pleasant music and nice staff. The hotel was very clean. Breakfast was excellent. Room has great sea view. Saff was very friendly, and the manager seems like can read your minds.

Hotel je smješten na glavnom putu prema centru Sarande, do najbliže plaže treba ti oko 3-4 minute pješke. Sobe, hotel i oko hotela izuzetno čisto, svaki dan u sobi se mijenja posteljina i peškiri. Osoblje je izuzetno dobro i spremni su da pomognu u svako doba dana, također tu su da pomognu sa pružanjem informacija koja je plaža najbolja, koji restoran i slično. Veoma su uslužni.

The staff made sure I and my 4 year old son were comfortable. The rooms were very clean, and the towels andbeddings were cleaned 👌 .The staff went over and above to provide all that was needed.Would highly recommend and the views were also amazing especially rooms with sea views or the front house of the hotel. You can see the sun rise and set on d beach.Clean nice and airy hotel.Loved the fact that breakfast wasn't d same every day,a little variety here and there .Attention to detail, which is key, was observed by staff.
