New hotel, in the excellent community. Rooms are fresh, comfortable and quiet. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was very good. My personal thanksgiving to the lady in the reception who reminded me about security box in the room when I checked out. Without her reminder I would forget my documents.

Hotel was extremely clean and comfortable. Staff were absolutely amazing and went above and beyond. Beds were very comfortable, breakfast was also very nice and facilities were exceptional. Great value for money!

Delay in fulfilling requests by room service. We requested an extra bed for my daughter, and it took almost 6 hours to fulfill the request.

Everything except the cupboard it needs more shelves. Breakfast variety was amazing. But need to add for example: 1- Arabic bread 2- PeanutButter crunchy 3- More salad options

Everything is great and clean and new it’s quiet area and hotel to accommodate in but it’s a little bit far from the tourists favorite spots in Dubai but overall perfect to chill ! The breakfast buffet is amazing.. the facilities are good but the only thing that is missed and important for me is hair dryer but it’s fine

The only remotely bad thing that happened was I was at the restaurant and I was in a bit of a rush, the food took about 30 min to come. But the staff was super nice and everything else was amazing
