Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. For properties in these regions, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United Arab EmiratesTaj is symbol of luxury and this resort add a great value to its name by real five star treatment to the guest. We selected this resort for our wedding anniversary celebration based on best reviews found in booking.com. The hotel guest relations and all staff made our stay and celebration memorable. They provided us a free upgrade to one bedroom suite and made the occasion special with a cake and floral arrangement. About the property, it’s located with a nice water front and palm view. Beach and pool are managed professionally. Kids facilities are available with a special covered kids pool. Very clean and staff are always helpful and pleasant. Buffet breakfast is awesome with lot of choices especially not to miss for anyone who love Indian food. There are multiple options in addition to indian food. Al’s ewe have tried room service, food is tasty and presented nicely. Taj exotica resort, Thanks for everything.

The pool is huge and the pool bar is perfect with the best staff! The insite restaurants are great especially varq where they serve Indian cuisine with a high class touch!! The service from all staff from concierge through to cleaners and restaurant staff was impeccable. They clean the room twice per day!! Right on the beach the water is warm

I recently stayed at Taj Exotica Palm and had an exceptional experience. Upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a Luxury Suite, and the hospitality shown by Himanshu and Praju was top-notch—both attentive and incredibly kind. Our room was spacious, providing a luxurious and comfortable stay. The breakfast and dinner buffets had a lot of options, but even though there were limited vegan choices for my mom, the staff, including Aaron, Raj Mohan, and Sarthak, went above and beyond to prepare special vegan dishes just for her, which made us feel truly valued and taken care of. We also visited the J Wellness Circle Spa, where Grace and Sumi gave us a wonderful Indian Champi massage. Overall, the service and staff at Taj Exotica Palm were next level. We were made to feel at home, and every detail was handled with great care and attention. I will definitely be coming back again, and I highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding hospitality.

Well, from the moment you walk in, you are fisted with an incredibly and grandiose whole room, which is decorated so nicely and the vibe is so relaxing then you approach reception and they are the friendliest most helpful bunch of people I’ve ever dealt with in my life, and every single thing about the hotel is great from the service to the staff to the rooms And amazing pool and people who work there it’s just worth every penny I paid for
