For the third time in a row I went to this hotel, hats off to the amazing staff they made my trip so smooth and comfortable , they took care of me so well that I felt so special, when I was checking in the lady at the reception found out I will be having exam the day after, I received my room quickly (it was 1 pm ) , few hours later the lady and her colleague came to my room and brought lavender diffuser , a nice note from the hotel and a notebook which some of them had signed and wished me luck on my exam, it was an amazing gesture and it touched my soul, I will definitely be their loyal customer.

After being confirmed late check out at 2:00 PM, they suddenly called at 11:00 AM to say it's 12 PM check out, so please vacate. Not a big issue though!

This property was the perfect one for us again, we stayed here same time last year ! We love the whole place from start to finish, we checked in again with Rehan. We felt he was not welcoming at all and it was the same last year . He’s never smiling but that was a put off , we had the lovely staff that recognised us from last year and we was so delighted to see ABHAY ( breakfast staff) he is just the best ! He knew our orders and got it right the first time, made us feel so welcome and always going above and beyond! So a big thank you to him ! He should have been promoted to a supervisor as he has the right attitude . Thank you to Asad ( shuttle driver) for taking us to the malls - very professional service. Thank you to JAMIE front of house he’s very professional and he’s got a great attitude towards his work. Also Sitesh from housekeeping he’s very hard working and funny , all the staff are wonderful, thank you also to ELSYED to for recommending places to visit - so thank you to everyone who made this experience perfect once again . We had a slight problem with our room - the Fridge wasn’t working properly, the toilet flush was also not working. So we wasn’t too happy about this but didn’t want to complain as didn’t want to make a fuss . But overall this stay was pretty good. Thank you once again to everyone and I hope we will see you some time next year

The air-conditioning had a slight issue during the night, which got fixed and I wish they had more water available in the room without having to call but besides that absolutely no complaints. The property is so beautiful amazing the staff was so hospitable and I’ll definitely come back here again.

I love that the location is central and connected to the Wafi Mall. The staff was so helpful and friendly.

I'm not a fan of the hotels occupancy policy. Deluxe rooms are quite spacious and sufficient for a child to share the parents bed. The kids club could be a tad better, a little bigger and some physical activity for kids like slides and swings would have been better.

Superb breakfast - the best croissants I've ever had Well organized spacious room with supporting tech from a smart iPad, controllable curtains and lights. Birthday celebration Hotel connected to Wafi mall (Carrefour is the first store). Kids club This hotel's staff and I'm talking about the manager Nargiz in particular that was able to turn a sad ending to a remarkable beginning. We will forever cherish this hotel because of her and her supporting staff that made the stay a memorable one before our flight back home. We had booked this last minute due to changes in our vacation (we extended). The booking took place despite it didn't meet the hotels occupancy policy. Being a non refundable booking we were in a bit awkward position as the hotel had responded close to check in time and I only saw their response requesting to pay additional once I had arrived at the hotel. It was not either cancel and dispute or figure out a middle ground. Nargiz was able to rectify the situation and provide a solution that wouldn't break the bank and still keep us as their guests accommodating my 5yr old son who was considered as an adult according to the hotels policy. This solution really made my family and I appreciate Sofitel the brand and their remarkable staff like Nargiz for finding a positive outcome. She and her staff also made my son's birthday vacation end with truly the best for last. She got him and his younger brother toy cars, a lovely cake and balloons to make it a birthday we all will never forget! She also got him an extra bed which was more than many other hotels trying to setup the sofa. I will always mention Sofitel as setting the standard of hospitality and customer care when dealing with any other hotel anywhere in the world and will always first consider this brand as our first choice. Thank you.

Every thing was great

We where on our thirty aniversary and we wanted a king size bed , booking didn't put the second person so they charged for the breakfast, it's the second time that happens with booking

Bed’s mattress are too firm and uncomfortable for people like me who are having backache.

Absolutely stunning hotel. Very well kept and our room with city view was big and luxurious. The breakfast options were vast and sumptuous. Competitive room rates and only 10 min from DXB. Lovely pool area, spa and gym. Will definitely stay again
