Hotel staff from reception, concierge, restaurants, bars, and kids club goes above and beyond to ensure your stay is great. Food options are amazing. Regular buffet changes themes daily. Dedicated restaurants are also great. Staff is superb. Ainara & Aishen from the concierge team ensures everything on your stay is sharp. Kids Club team (Shout out to Madina) is great fully of activities to keep your kids busy and enjoying every moment. And Javed always with a warm smile to cheer everyone up!

This place is the BEST! I have never seen such a lovely sfaff! Usman from the night reception is propably the ULTIMATE BEST customer service agent ever! And thank you also to our house keeping Razan!! Pool Bar staff as well as the restaurant staff also really nice! Good food, lovely pool areas etc! We will come back again! This was our second time, but not the last!

Nothing, everything was great.

we actually extended our stay for another week and enjoyed every minute of our vacation at this beautiful resort. our room was very comfortable and clean, bedding was just perfect and view from the balcony was breathtaking. Variety of food selection was great and quality of cooking was excellent. Service matched food quality and all staff was universally polite and eager to please guests. several staff members deserve personal mention: Aishen, Ainara and Nailia from client relations, Muhammet from Nargile bar, Vakkas from A La Turca restaurant and of course Irina who played beautiful piano music in the lobby. Thank you to all staff and administration for the wonderful time we had!

We spent 4 nights at Rixos with my wife as a second stop of our honeymoon trip. 2 days before our arrival we've got a message on WhatsApp from Holiday Assistance Team who helped us in a lot of way, so thanks again for everything for Ainara and Lahcen. When we arrived to the reception we had a chance to know one of the best receptionist, Onur, who was really kind and we even got a gift from him, which was a freely upgraded hotel room with a fantastic sea view which we loved every day. Also got lots of honeymoon preparations in the room and also in the restaurants. The foods and drinks was top quality! So, thanks for every staff member who mad our days perfect. Definitely will be back here in the future.

They don't change the food menu often. For a long stay, you will eat the same thing over and over again. Small spa area.

Very friendly and cozy hotel, but there are not many people there. Good check-in, the staff is very responsible. Also a big thank you to Illiot from the meeting team (who helps you with taxis and luggage all the time)

One night we had the fire alarm go off and it disturbed the whole night but we spoke to the manager and he told us it’s never happened before just a technician issue with the system, we had a bad night and it messed us the plans of the next day, we got a complementary luxury transfer back to the airport for free as an apology.

Everything, it was just the way we expected, beautiful location, lovely food, we enjoyed everything, especially the steakhouse it was amazing, the steakhouse manager was excellent he went beyond the call of duty for us. Everything was perfect.

The hotel is exceptional exceeding all standards. Ainara in guest relations could not have helped us more and Karina and Denys in kids club treated my children like family. We came to love all the staff who knew exactly what we needed and when! It was a very personalised stay- our 3rd stay here this year and that is saying something as we usually like to try new places. The quality of the all inclusive and food is Unparalleled

A bit strange that it’s forbidden to swim in the sea in the evening after 6pm (while the sea is calm and warm and limited by buoys), as well as it’s forbidden to have a walk on the plat near the hotel - the staff says it’s dangerous (even for two adults..)

The hotel is nice, the beach (and the sea) is clean and well-equipped, the food is very diversified and tasty, the room is large and comfortable. Even the adapters are already provided (as the jacks are different from European ones).

Bad housekeeping experience- some of our requests were made with a delay or ignored on the first time. Towels weren't changed once. Lack of entertainment - we were expecting a bit more for a such price, though live instrumental music was great.

Rich variety of restaurants with choices of food from all around the world. Great stuff - very polite and helpful! Special thanks to the gym coaches (Anna). Amazing location with a nice view and beach.

The food is great with a good variety. There are 5 restaurants at the property, with unlimited drinks and alcohol. the stuff are superb and very helpful. The kids club was amazing!! The beach is very clean, and have plenty of sunbeds. The pools are great and offer good options for kids and adults. The coffee and snacks are the best. We will come back for sure!!

the beer was not cold enough. Freezers at the pool bar were old and damaged, couldn´t freeze beers limited availability for booking at restaurants kids pool sliders were under maintenance

AMAZING staff, always willing to help. They treat us so well! The food, the restaurants, the room space, the location, all was perferct. The gym was great and the highlight was the Rixy Club for the kids. My son loved and this gave us peace of mind (the staff were just FABULOUS). We loved the experience.

all restaurant were booked so we stick to the mediocre à la Turks buffet I don’t advice people even to loose their time on it after observation the left over food of the day was also there the next day under new decoration thé buffet sucks
