The only thing that I didn’t like that they don’t serve drinks over the pool. The Jacuzzi is really small that’s only include three people only

They came to clean the room but took the bath robes away on one day and did not replace them and the shower in our room 1414 did not work properly also next say they took away the hand towels and did not replace them. Also we had ala carte for dinner included but they said we can only have the buffet for dinner and then half the buffet was taken away while we were still eating.

The staff was very nice ,particularly sukhdev in restaurant was very accommodating to our needs.

The room was too noisy. Lot of traffic noise. I requested for room on the back side but the reception informed that it is not possible as lot if other check-in are there. For next 3 days I continously requested for change of room but same reply. Very bad experience. Could not sleep properly due to traffic and metro noise.

I have been staying at Park Regis for more than a decade. It is complete value for money, good location, courteous staff, spacious rooms, clean place. I absolutely love it. Being an international traveller, the only issue I face is that they do not offer early check ins, and I have to resort booking it through Emirates website, which allows 24 hour check in policy. Also, few sites manage to offer lower rates than booking with the hotel directly.

I liked the location of the property and the proximity to the major attractions of Dubai.

The location of the property is very good, but the breakfast quality has deteriorated to a great extent compared to what I had experienced last when I was in the property in Nov 2019. Guests from India expect a good spread and should enjoy the first meal of the day. It is missing particularly for Vegetarians.

The room was very comfortable and clean, and quite big. Breakfast was copious and diverse, though not everything was exceptional. Alas I didn't get to try them because I lacked time, but there's a pool and a jacuzzi on the rooftop :) The hotel is at walking distance from the old city (c. 20 minutes), which is very convenient; the location is a bit noisy, lower floors probably get noise from the adjacent street, but overall quite good position. I definitely recommend

Perfect location to stay if you like Indian food. So Many excellent option right outside the hotel. Staff wa courteous and helpful. Room was clean and in excellent condition.
