The beds make wooden type noise sounds when you get onto it or turn at times. This can hinder your sleep. You can get to enjoy your sleep at other times. The bathrooms have slight leaks here and there (they attend to everything efficiently and have maintenence attend to it asap, that's good but on holiday not preferable) The renovations aren't all that noisy or distracting however sometimes it seems like they start earlier than mentioned and there are knocking and banging sounds at random times. The place can do with updating the showers and doing a revamp to the apartment. That being said they do a good job in keeping it guest friendly and have many systems in place to ensure the proper functioning of it. It's very comfortable. On the 3rd day of our breakfast we found 2 black hairs in our food (arabic breakfast egg and tomato, this was not good but the other days everything was cleaner) Also provide coffee with no sugar sachets everymorning? Food lacks salt at times with no salt sachet etc Orange juice is a must and it can't be changed if you prefer an alternative. This can be fixed and adjusted by them easily, if they want to improve their amazing service further. Wear and tear is expected but these are such minor issues which hopefully in the future they will also renovate and update the place .... it isn't lacking anything serious so try to visit and stay at this place to enjoy the unique location.It's a lovely place. When you leave, you hope to return ... that says it all. Definitely worth more than a 10.

The staff are very organised, Systems in place good 👍 View is just wonderful. This place is such a hidden gem. The breakfast included is a bonus. Arabic breakfast delicious. This is a place to be if you prefer to relax and have uninterrupted views of burj khalifa and dubai fountains. It's child friendly and also wil give you privacy rather than being in a mall surrounded by Tons of people It's somewhere I would hope to visit again.

we were need more than 3 entrance cards for group consistent of 7 persons. The trash collector process is good but not avalanche all time, sometimes we were outside so we missed the time of the trash collection

Just the window curtains, the room fills with light every morning even with the curtain closed. So something to black out will help,

ARIES - Best guy available for our assistance. I kept telling him that he is an angel. I was having an issue with the electrical socket and he came right then to fix it. Had no issues in checking in or checking out, I requested for late luggage pick-up and Aries was there to help me get my luggage back. My holiday in Dubai was already an exciting thing for us but this place and location were literally the cherry on the top. I enjoyed fountain shows every day right from my balcony. Well I didn’t like that there was no concierge who could help tourists with Taxi options, as we were sometimes always stranded with no options to get easy access to a cab. Renting a car when staying here will be very helpful as the apartment hosts provide a car park space for you.

I liked that the location was just perfect, with restaurants and store all close by. The views were absolutely amazing too. I would definitely stay here again. The hosts were fantastic too 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

The view is as the photos show. If not better. The beds are really great and the apartment was very clean. I have added photos of the outside only as there isn’t enough photos showing it off, as let’s face it, that’s what you’re paying for. TV has airplay so can stream your iPad to it for movies. You have to put down a 2000 AED deposit on arrival. I did this in cash and it was returned to me at check out. I stayed in the room while they inspected it and got the cash back straight after. All good. Takes about 10-15 min to walk to mall from it. So really convenient place.

1-We stayed three days at the apartment. The room service didn't do a good job at all. They refused to change the towels and 1 bed sheet when we requested (after the second day), unless we pay extra fees for that! That was not acceptable, considering the fact that we are renting an expensive luxurious apartment. The room service should have been more courteous and responsive. At the end, they didn't charge us anything, but they only troubled us during our stay without any valid reason. 2- The check in staff were late, in spite me calling them 1 hour before I arrive. At check out, they kept calling us from 11 am asking us to evacuate the apartment in a very rude way! They even came knocking our door asking us to leave soon, when in fact it wasn't even 12 pm yet! No other hotel or furnished apartment does that to their clients!! Eventually we left at around 12:15 pm, and we were not late, but we were upset about the rude approach and the bad attitude..
