Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. For properties in these regions, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The hotel was immaculate they made us feel really comfortable while we were there. The staff of the hotel and receptionists were nice and friendly the hotel bar was good and so as the swimming area which ,my children enjoyed much,And many other things. If you are wanting a lovely hotel to stay in downtown Dubai near all of the attractions this hotel would be great.

The staff were incredibly efficient and professional, ensuring that every need was promptly attended to. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade and a welcome drink, which made for a warm and welcoming start to our stay. The room itself was spacious, beautifully designed, and impeccably clean. I was impressed with the attention to detail, and the overall comfort made our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast served was absolutely incredible, offering a wide variety of options, all of excellent quality. Considering the high level of service, comfort, and quality, the price was very affordable, making this hotel an exceptional value. It truly stands out as one of the best quality hotels we have stayed in. IsraelIt’s very nice hotel with everything you need within reach. rooms are clean and vary spacious, the breakfast is huge and you will always find something you like in the buffet. the pool is great and very accessible and after the closing time it becomes a seating area for the restaurant. the hotel also offer a great shisha at the evening in the pool area. highly recommended and i will be back for sure

United Arab EmiratesThe receptionist offer the birthday cake in the check in counter but it was given when my partner insisted and gave us almost checking out at 1pm the next day.im kinda dissapointed with the food though its a lot theres is NO BEEF in the menu and the food looks same like served in regular cafeteria outside a hotel its not classy look foods..expecting the value of money of i paid for a stay and halfboard meals does not compliment at all.
The room is clean and looks new, the view is excellent . They have a lot choices of food and they gave me a complimentary cake for my birthday stay and taste like a premium cake i love it.

AustraliaI did not realise that the complimentary passes for the beach beds were for a hotel about 45 minutes away so I got in a taxi to go there and then only had half an hour there as I had to be back again for an appointment and the traffic coming back was really busy. I would not recommend doing this.
They were very friendly, the rooms are lovely and comfortable and the breakfast great. They also generously gave me a late check out and looked after my luggage while I went to do some site seeing.
