Minor things, but need to be mentioned: -Usually we would go to the pool twice, in the morning and in the afternoon, avoiding noon time when it's very hot, and a situation which happened twice and was very unpleasant, is when we came back in the afternoon, one of the pool staff questioned us on why are we asking for towels for the 2nd time on the same day, even though we made sure to return any towels before leaving the pool. -Pool closes at 7pm (not sure if it's their Rules or external) would've been better if they kept it open a bit longer

-Location is very good -Not crowded -Fast check in -Staff where generally great, Especially Genelyn from the buffet restaurant (I hope I spelled her name correctly), she was very professional and hospitable, a big thank you to her. And a big thank you for the pool staff as well -Food was really good, many options and very tasty -Pool and view were very nice -DJ which was on 2 days was definitely a plus -Overall, a great experience, and I recommend this place definitely

The food could have a little more variation & the outdoor area could do with some more activities like table tennis , badminton net etc available as a pool and benches are not enough , especially with children. Some shaded area should also be available for protection against the sun. Water sports was extremely expensive , should have discounted rates for hotel residents and that will surly generate more revenue.

Swimming pool is closed 7 pm. It's too much early. Outside still hot so it can be nice to spend more time in water. At least to 9 pm

Our stay was spectacular. The room was spacious, quiet and meticulously designed, offering a breathtaking view of both the pool and the beach. Every detail was carefully considered to ensure comfort and luxury. The breakfast buffet was varied and abundant, catering to all tastes with both sweet and savoury options. The selection was impressive, and everything was fresh and delicious. The pool area was well-equipped, with temperature-controlled water that made swimming a pleasure at any time of day. The beach was clean and with crystal-clear waters, perfect for a relaxing day by the sea. However, the true highlight of our stay was the exceptional team. Mrs Ruth, Mr Shohruh and Mr Christian went above and beyond to make our anniversary special. Their effort and kindness deserve a huge shukran and a well-deserved pay raise.

We had an amazing time at the Hotel.They prepared a nice bed decor with a Birthday cake for me.Thank you so much. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a variety of options! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable.I love the infinity pool..Highly recommended!

Valet service so slow. I self parked my car. Dinner should have been more varieties, particularly main Dish. Booked premium room, we are 2+1 , when we place extra bed for my kid , then bit of congested.

The staff were so warm and showed genuine care towards the children. They always went out of their way to help. Hotel management tried to accommodate all our requests. The pools were great for the children. The hotel was not overwhelmingly big so felt more special

Even when paying extra to check in early was unable to use the all inclusive. Unable to use the a la carte restaurant as part of all inclusive even just once throughout the week. Some sun beds broken could do with a little bit of updating those The hotel cars very expensive make sure you ask at reception to call you a taxi and not the concierge as they call their cars which are much more expensive

There was no cooling in the air conditioning system, and it was not clean. Faced disturbances several times to fix it. Missed a lot of happy moments due to that. The Washroom has a problem with water draining.

The bed sheets didn't look like they were cotton. As a result, they were making me sweat the entire evening making the bed wet and uncomfortable. The dinner was a little too expensive
